FROM THE PUBLISHER
STORY
It all started with the mid-Atlantic explosion of a large transport vessel owned by Kometa - a mysterious organization that has for years been under surveillance by the CIA. During their investigation into Kometa, the CIA learns of a fighting tournament scheduled to take place in the luxury cruise ship, Amphitrite. According to their sources, Kometa executives would also be attending this tournament. The CIA dispatches a joint task force consisting of three agents to infiltrate the vessel and learn more about the organization. Nina Williams is a member of this team. Her mission is to complete the job, should her partners fail - she is the "sweeper."

Nina enters and wins the tournament. However, Lana Lei, one of the Kometa executives and owner of the Amphitrite, takes her captive shortly after the tournament - and soon after, Nina receives an urgent communique that her partners have failed. The ultimate sweeper has been activated. Now Nina must face the enemies in possession of a deadly weapon, Salacia, and her own troubled past - the violent death of her father and the lifelong battle with her sister Anna.

What is Kometa?
Kometa is a secret society which arose from the military-industrial complex of the former communist block. Some of its activities include arms smuggling, assassination of key figures, inciting rebellions, and abetting terrorism. The organization has been under surveillance by the CIA for years - and now, Nina Williams is on their track.

Thrilling Stealth Sequences. Silence enemies with chokeholds or swipe fingerprints from downed sentries to gain high-security clearance and access protected areas.

Intuitive 360 degree combat engine. This innovative system lets Nina counter enemy threats on all sides at any time. Utilize both analog sticks to unleash a deadly flurry attacks in any direction.

Critical Strikes. Burst organs and shatter bone - use Nina's on-screen "X-Ray vision" to target enemies' vital areas.

Gripping Cinematic Storyline. The dramatic storyline unfolds across more than an hour of pre-rendered and in-game movies.

TOYS Tekken Bishoujo Anna Williams - Import Preorder $68.90

Product Synopsis
The hit line of Tekken Bishoujo Statues continues!  With its thrilling martial arts action, the Tekken series of video games from Namco has been a huge hit with players since the original arcade game in 1994.  In the games, fighters compete in the King of Iron Fist tournament for control of the Mishima Zaibatsu Corporation, using their unique talents against their opponents.  Following hot on the heels of her older sister is the sibling who couldn’t be more different, ANNA WILLIAMS!  The younger, more evil Williams sister has appeared in nearly all of the Tekken games since the very first one and now joins the elder Nina as well as the other great fighters in Kotobukiya’s Bishoujo series based on an all new illustration by Shunya Yamashita.

The alluring Anna stands ready to take on any challenger in a powerful and dynamic pose.  The beautiful lady in red wears a stunning crimson dress slit to her hip with a bow at the back; the fighter stands in a strong breeze as the dress flows and billows around her, revealing a bright yellow reverse side.  Anna is captured in a unique stance, a slight crouch with her upper legs together and lower legs scissored forward and back while she twists to the side at her waist to beckon you closer.  The voluptuous hapkido expert accessorizes her dress with matching red heels and unattached sleeves plus sexy thigh high black stockings.  Incredible detail has gone into every inch of this presentation, capturing all of the subtle clothing elements and movement down to the sweep of her short hair framing her beautiful Bishoujo styled face!

Anna Williams stands nearly 7 ½ inches tall (1/7 scale) on her included display base.  A vision in red, this Williams sister will be an eye-catcher on your shelf by herself and even better when paired with (or against) other Tekken Bishoujo statues like her sibling and rival Nina Williams!

TOY Tekken Yoshimitsu 1/6 scale Fine Art Statue - Import Preorder

Manufacturer Product Synopsis

A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import!

With its thrilling martial arts action, the wildly popular and award-winning Tekken series of video games from Namco has been a huge hit with players since the original arcade version in 1994. In the games, fighters compete in the King of Iron Fist tournament for control of the Mishima Zaibatsu corporation, using each character's unique talents and skills against their opponents. Following on the release of the first Bishoujo statue of Christie Monteiro, Kotobukiya is proud to present the first Tekken Fine Art Statue: YOSHIMITSU!

One of the few characters to appear in every single Tekken game, the masked ninja is a fearsome fighter. An honorable warrior and leader of the Manji Clan, Yoshimitsu stands victorious on the severed head of a gigantic mechanoid! Wearing his unique and distinctive armor, the Tekken fighter holds his two swords in triumph, waiting for his next opponent. Yoshimitsu's demonic armor is amazingly detailed with multiple textures including metals and sculpted 'fabric,' layered plating, intricate piping and designs, buckles, straps, and much more.

Matching the varied sculpt is a fantastic paint job capturing the one of a kind look; burnished purple and gold armor plates cover bluish gray clothing and are decorated with silvers, blues, and white. Yoshimitsu also has an enormous circular device behind his head and two detailed scabbards, one mounted on his back and the other at his hip. Sculpted by Japanese master artist Takayuki Takeya, Yoshimitsu stands nearly 14 inches tall (1/6 scale) atop the giant head for an overall height of over 21 ½ inches! That mechanoid also shows off an incredible sculpt with severe battle damage and gory organic and technological innards spilling out onto the battlefield. Don't miss this one of a kind fine art statue that's sure to be a centerpiece in your collection!

PS3 Tekken 6 - Import Preorder

NCS Product Synopsis
«©NCSX» Namco released Tekken 6 in Japanese arcades about 2 years ago and we recall the debate we had on whether or not we'd import a complete operator setup. Back then, the market was starting to look weak and we eventually decided against the nearly $40,000 cost of importing the whole shebang. We did play the game at a local NYC arcade but it wasn't the same. Namely, we had to stand in line and insert coins by the handful.

When October 2009 rolls around, we'll finally get our chance to completely own Tekken 6 for under $100. Compared to the cost of $40,000, we think we're getting a sweetheart deal. Please note the USA version of Tekken 6 will be released 2 days before the Japanese version.

In addition to the regular edition of the game, Namco will also release a Tekken 6 Collector's Box in Japan which is bundled with a wireless joystick that features a Tekken 6 theme. The preorder solicitation doesn't mention what the joystick is based on but the button arrangement and joystick placement is the same as the Real Arcade Pro 3. In addition to the game and joystick, Namco's also throwing in a 96-page hardcover Tekken 6 art book which is brimming with character illustrations, Tekken scenes, and other Iron Fist eye candy.

Preorders for the regular edition of Tekken 6 and the Collector's Box edition are welcome to ship on October 29, 2009 at JPY7980 (US$83.90) and JPY16,980 (US$239.90) from NCS.
