Pro Yakyuu Famista DS - New Import, In Stock

In addition to the Exhibition and Season modes, players may also build an original team in the Dream League Mode. Dungeon Explorer - New Import, In Stock

Back in 1989, Hudson debuted the original Dungeon Explorer on the PC-Engine and gamers hungry for dank dungeon spelunking were sated. Nearly 20 years after the original game, Hudson releases an updated Nintendo DS version which features "Diablo" design sensibilities and simple exploration and hacking action. Character creation is straightforward with the option of sex, class, and race which affect the attributes that a hero starts off with. The control is handled through the stylus or the d-pad and the action takes place in a 3D environment. The single player mode lets a gamer explore and crawl by his lonesome but the wireless cooperative mode allows multiple players to team up to form a dungeon conquering gang.

Game Center CX - New Import, In Stock

Shinya Arino is a buster. A comedian turned retro video game show host who can't play worth a cowlick. Despite his failings as a player, his television show Game Center CX is a pop phenomenon in Japan where viewers tune in to watch Shinya play old school video games, falter, and occasionally rise above his weaknesses with the help of the television crew. It's very entertaining and it's only fitting that a video game about the retro television show and its unconventional host become a reality.

In GCCX, players get to play retro video games which aren't really retro games from the historical record but the very vision of what retro games would be if they were made after the fact. In other words, these are fictional retro videogames that never existed before GCCX. «Game-Notes»

Soukou Kihei Votoms - New Import, In Stock

Step into the persona of Chirico Cuvie and live the troubled life of a Armored Trooper pilot who's being chased by nefarious forces. Bandai's Soukou Kihei Votoms game follows the basic storyline of the animated series for an interactive recreation of the source material.

At the outset of the game, Chirico is on an infiltration mission where he attacks Gilgamesh Confederation soldiers and eventually clambers into a Scopedog AT. Once inside, the game evolves to a whole other league - the controls are top notch with easy maneuverability and smooth movement for the clunky-looking mech. The secret to the Scopedog's lithe motion is the skate mode which is toggled by pressing the "O" button. Once activated, a little spinning wheel appears on the left part of the menu indicator and any push of the analog pad sends the Dog rolling with perfect responsiveness. The Scopedog can also trudge along on its legs and run like a normal biped but the skating action is preferable.

The PS2 version of Votoms features over 50 Armored Trooper frames and over 50 missions to work through. To keep things simple, there is only one game mode - the Story Mode which is preceded by a short tutorial which teaches general controls and gameplay. «Game-Notes»

Dungeon Explorer - New Import, In Stock

Back in 1989, Hudson debuted the original Dungeon Explorer on the PC-Engine and gamers hungry for dank dungeon spelunking were sated. Nearly 20 years after the original game, Hudson releases an updated PSP version which features "Diablo" design sensibilities mixed with Gauntlet Legends action. A rudimentary story ties the action together but at its core, DEX is a hack 'n slasher where quests are granted by the Izark Town Guild.

At the outset of the game, character creation is straightforward with options for sex, job, and race which affect the attributes that a hero starts off with. Movement is handled through the analog nub while the d-pad selects items from an onscreen menu. The single-player mode allows a gamer to explore and crawl by his lonesome but the wireless cooperative mode gives up to four players the chance to team up and form a dungeon conquering gang. In the single-player
mode, up to three NPCs can join the party and fight monsters on their own volition.

A wide range of 150 different weapons are available to use include swords, daggers axes, staffs, crossbows, and other armaments. The game engine generates dungeons randomly so that each experience is new and unique. Per usual dungeon convention, monsters populate the levels and treasures in chests may be plundered for winnings. «G-Notes»
