Oshare na Koinu DS - In Stock

Cuddly dogs are in focus once again on the NDS after the efforts of Nintendo's Nintendogs and other pooch-centric enterprises on consoles and handhelds. Oshare na Koinu DS features eight breeds of dogs that gamers may interact with and dress up in over 350 pieces of clothing, accessories, and other gear that dogs in real life wouldn't be caught dead in. Face it, humans wear clothing. Dogs have fur and they don't need to wear a bonnet or a striped jacket except to satisfy the whimsy of their owners. In a sure sign that the Apocalypse is nigh, a Santa Claus outfit may be forced onto a pup for your amusement. Oshare na Koinu also features 16 mini-games including soccer, ping pong, basketball, and bone-throw (sort of like javelin throw) to play and excel in.

World Heroes Gorgeous - In Stock

Hanzo, Fuuma, Rasputin, and the rest of the World Heroes gang have been around for a long time. The original game bowed in Japanese arcades on July 28, 1992 and joined the flood of fighting games that were making their way to market at the time. While not wildly successful, SNK drove the World Heroes brand to four incarnations before the final game - World Heroes Perfect - was released on May 25, 1995. The four games:

World Heroes / Originally released on July 28, 1992
World Heroes 2 / Originally released on April 26, 1993
World Heroes 2 Jet / Originally released on April 26, 1994
World Heroes Perfect /
Originally released on May 25, 1995

Twelve years after WHP thrilled dedicated fans with its motley assortment of characters, SNK Playmore collects all four World Heroes and stamps them onto a single DVD. In addition to the original games, SNK also adds a Death Match Mode to the first two World Heroes releases and allows players to challenge each other on the Multi-Matching BB Service. Similar to previous Neo Geo Online collections, a character color edit function is a standard feature where any fighter's color scheme may be changed according to your whim. Finally, the soundtracks for the four games may be toggled from the default Standard to Arrange versions.

A Tutorial Mode may be chosen from the main menu which features six lessons on playing Galaxy Angel II. In Ragnarok, gods and demons fought and tore the world apart. In a last ditch effort, the gods sacrificed themselves to create the Grim Angels who put an end to the war and locked the demons away. After the carnage, the power of the gods remained in the holy isle of Riviera. A thousand years pass and the memories of the great war have faded. However, there are signs that the demons are slowly infiltrating the world once more.

To counter the impending threat, Grim Angels Ecthel and Ledah venture off in an adventure to prevent the potential destruction of Riviera, aka the Paradise Land. The game is broken up into simple movement, quest, and attack phases. Choose to move by pressing the "B" button and the heroes will automatically move as if the page were being flipped. Arrows delineate where the heroes may move and generally only one path is available per screen. If a treasure chest is encountered in an new area that the heroes have walked into, the Quest mode can be triggered by pressing "A" which allows one of the heroes to open up to chest and plunder its contents.
