NDS Sword World 2.0 Game Book DS - New, In Stock

NCS Game Synopsis
«©NCSX» Back in the 80s, Table-talk RPGs came into their own in Japan thanks to inspiration from Gary Gygax's Dungeon and Dragons role-playing phenomenon. Table-talk RPGs are different from videogame RPGs in that the scenarios, characters, and game world are overseen by a human "Dungeon Master" or "Game Master" who recites from a rulebook. One of the most popular TRPGs is Sword World from Group SNE which gets adapted onto the NDS this week. Participants throw a pair of six-sided die to determine attributes and trigger attacks, magic, and other events. The game takes place in the land of Terasstia where players choose to be a male or female protagonist. After setting up the character through a series of die throws, the story begins in stutter-step fashion where text scrolls on the touch screen whilst pictures appear on the top NDS screen. «NCS Photo Gallery»

PS3 Way of the Samurai 3 Plus [The Best] - New, In Stock

NCS Product Synopsis
«©NCSX» From the remains of a tattered battlefield, a lone figure staggers to his feet and shuffles towards some unknown destination. As if to contrast the starkness of the dead bodies on the battlefield, the surrounding environs are lush green and full of life. That shuffling survivor serves as the hero of Samurai Dou 3and he has choices to make and enemies to kill in Acquire's latest take on their popular sword fighting franchise.

True to previous games in the Samurai Dou series, the actions and decisions made by the protagonist affect the attitudes of those around him. For example, if a sword is drawn against normal villagers, they'll consider the protagonist a threat and react accordingly in his presence. The multiple choices available during an interaction or encounter allows for numerous outcomes and endings that hinge on how the protagonist acts. A wide assortment of weaponry may also be used in the game including bare hands, swords, spears, and more.
