Reservations
are welcome for a set of six Rockman-themed phone
straps which feature a Rockman character and a miniature recreation of the
original Rockman game cartridge that said Rockman was featured in. The straps
plug into the audio jack of a smart phone, mobile phone, or tablet. The set of
six straps include:

» Rockman 6
There's also a seventh figure but the manufacturer notice
indicates that it is rare so we'll probably only get two of them in each bag of
50 capsules so it won't be included in the sets.

Each Rockman figure measures 40mm (1.57") and
preorders
for the sets of six are welcome to ship in late October 2013.

Medicom kicks off the Kubrick Star Wars DX
Series 1 this summer with a brand spanking new set of six Star Wars
figures inspired by the events in the Star Wars: Return of the Jedi
motion picture. The six standard figures are as follows:
» Luke Skywalker Jedi Knight - Wears a gray smock and black shirt
» C-3PO & Salacious B. Crumb - Salacious rides on C-3PO's shoulder
» R2-D2 (Jabba's Barge) - The droid serves drinks to Jabba's crew
» Chewbacca (Boushh's Prisoner) - Wookiee engages in a ruse
» Amanaman - Sunflower-colored bounty hunter with blue trim
» Bib Fortuna - Jabba's cunning and ruthless attendant
Extra parts are included inside each figure which allows toy fans to
create the hulking bulk of Jabba the Hutt. The slug-like form of Jabba rests on
a slab of segmented PVC and a hookah pipe sits to his side. Medicom will include
a pop-up cardboard display which is designed to look like Jabba's palace in each
Master Carton of 4 factory cases. Desirable chase figures are also expected to
be dispersed randomly inside each Master Carton.

Espgaluda II
is a vertically scrolling shooter but firing away isn't the only gist of the
game. There's also gems to be collected. Lots of them which burst out of enemies
when they're destroyed. Players will also find themselves weaving and dodging a
maze of bullets which spiral and scatter throughout the screen. By strategizing
and going into three types of Kakusei mode, players can maximize the score
multiplier, throw up an auto-barrier, and affect bullet velocity. Game modes in
the Xbox 360 port include an Xbox mode, a Novice mode, Arcade mode, and an
Arrange mode for a bit of variation on the horizontal shooting action. In the
sequel, a girl named Asagi joins the cast of Ageha and Tateha from the original
Espgaluda as a playable hero. She's a scrawny runt at the outset of the game but
watch how she does when she's at maximum power.

If you've never played Espgaluda II, it might be worthwhile to visit the
Tutorial section which contains multiple helpful primers for the "Black Label,"
"Xbox 360," and "Arrange" modes of Espgaluda II. If you're willing to rotate
your monitor on its side, Espgaluda II features a "TATE" or vertical viewing
aspect which is closer to the arcade view than the default "YOKO" horizontal
viewing aspect.
Region-Locked Japanese Import
The Limited Edition of Espgaluda II Black Label is
Region-Locked and only playable on Japanese Xbox 360 consoles. All preorders and
new orders are shipping today. The limited edition of Espgaluda II ships with a
bonus Ceceri faceplate which is an attractive and compelling collectible.

knows its audience. Year after year, the company publishes Super Robot Wars
games, manufactures hundreds of plushes, and peddles pretty much every toy under
the sun. Since Banpresto is innately in tune with the market, they've announced
a very large cushion which is based on the Mr. Slump Unchi-kun character who
lives in Senbe Norimaki's toilet.
Measuring a massive 30cm or 11.81" tall and nearly as wide,
Unchi-kun is colored pink and is blessed with a facial expression that only
select members of the general population can appreciate.
