Yujin's latest shooting gashapon toys arrived late this morning and we're in the process of assembling complete sets so we can begin shipping preorders today. However, please note that there is an additional ship that we received in the factory boxes and bags which was not mentioned in Yujin's preorder offer - it's a Musha Aleste robot.

Since our original preorder was only for a set of 5 toys at US$20.90, we are asking customers to re-confirm their preorders if they wish to add the sixth toy (Musha Aleste robot) for a complete set. If you wish to include the sixth toy, the revised cost for the set of six will be US$25.00 + shipping.

Macross Ace Frontier - Import Preorder

Whenever a new Macross game is announced, there's generally a good amount of fanfare since the brand is well known and beloved by international fan base. The buzz has been building in Japan over the past couple of weeks and Bandai's latest Macross game is another 3D mission-based shooting game. Players take control of a Valkyrie which can transform into three forms - gerwalk, jet fighter, and robot.

The Macross franchises featured in Macross Ace Frontier are as follows:

Over 40 Valkyries may be piloted in the game including the YF-19, VF-1S Strike Valkyrie, VF-19, YF-21, and the VF-1J. The Valkyries may be upgraded and customized during the course of the missions. Roughly 30 characters from the Macross universe also appear for dramatic foil. To enhance the atmosphere of the game world, Bandai also throws in speech snippets and a number of classic songs from the various Macross series.

In addition to solo play, up to four gamers may link up wirelessly for a cooperative game where four Valkyries tackle mission objectives. Preorders for Macross Ace are welcome to ship on October 9, 2008.

Bleach Soul Carnival- Import Preorder

The PSP Bleach Heat the Soul games have always featured the fighters from Bleach in their normal full-bodied stature. Sony's new Bleach Soul Carnival shrinks the characters into chibi-sized renditions of themselves so they're more impish than imposing. Despite their size reduction however, the fighters still pack a wallop with their swords and spiritual force.

Bleach Soul Carnival is a 2D fighting game where two opponents face off against each other in close quarters and battle with sword strokes, combo attacks, and the occasional special attack. Sony touts a total of over 70 characters in the game so there's someone to suit everyone's preference of fighting avatar. According to the preorder details from Sony, customers who submit early reservations will receive a bonus PSP Screen Cleaner in 30% ratio. Preorders are welcome to ship on Oct 23, 2008.

Yuusha no Kuse ni Namaikida Or 2 - Import Preorder

Protecting a devil is a thankless job. We discovered this maxim in the first Yuusha no Kuse ni Namaikida game from last year. Not only does every hero want to capture the devil but they do it with fervor and fire in their eyes. It was with futility that we raised and cultivated monsters and guardians to protect the 'lil devil. The heroes chopped them all down like a sickle slashes wheat.

When Sony releases the sequel to Yuusha no Kuse in October, we'll face another thankless job trying to protect a devil from heroes. NCS will grow monsters and cultivate them but in our heart of hearts, we know that it won't be enough. The heroes will lasso and bag the devil sooner or later.

Sony will give away a bonus Devil Mascot trinket to early preorders in 30% ratio. This means that if we order 300 copies of the game, we'll only receive 90 bonuses which will be given away to the first 90 preorders.

Yattaman DS2 Bikkuri Dokiranimaru Daibouken - Preorder

Yattaman has been part of cartoon culture since the 70's and the characters are still recognized by a sizable portion of the Japanese population. Earlier this year, Takara Tomy released Yattaman DS which was a side scrolling platform game featuring the heroes of Yattaman doing their thing. The wrinkle was in the gadgets and weapons from the popular animated series which were usable to overcome hairy situations.

When October rolls around, Takara will ship Yattaman DS2 to market which looks a lot like the first game. Seven new stages are featured including a sprint across the African Savannah, the desert, ancient ruins, and even an underwater trek for a total of 54 areas to explore. Similar to the first Yattaman game, a bonus side game features mech-fighting action where a Yatta animal robot is piloted against one of six robotic adversaries. The entire cast of characters appear including Gan Takada, Ai Kaminari, Omocchama, Doronjo, Boyakki, and Tonzura. The original voice actors from the animated series were also tapped to reprise their roles in the game.

That's where you play MJ against attractive maidens instead of sweaty salarymen. In case you're wondering, the gal shown to the left is named Reiko Saki and she's a high school math teacher. Four other gals are featured in the game to play against. By winning against the girls, players score swimsuits and outfits that the Reiko and friends can wear and revel in.

Seven mini-games are also featured in the game including boating, mosquito bite healing, and others. Preorders will ship on Sept 25.

Mobile Suit Gundam OO: Gundam Meisters - Import Preorder

The latest Gundam franchise started airing in Japan in October 2007 and quickly garnered a loyal following. The story takes place in the year 2307 A.D. where a quartet of mech handlers known as Gundam Meisters lead an initiative to end a war that's wrecking their planet.

Bandai's new PS2 3D mech fighting game is based on the first season of Gundam OO and follows the story from the animated series from various points of view. The game also includes a new animated cinema that was produced by the creative staff of the animation. Early preorders will ship with a bonus Gundam OO animation DVD in 50% ratio.

Players start off with just a pair fists to pummel foes but weapons are available for the taking. As the protagonist wanders through the levels, he'll gather up heavier and more menacing weaponry as he slays ubermonsters for their arsenal. The shotgun makes mincemeat out of roving beasts but the chainsaw serves to chop up monsters just as well.
