Animal Crossing Touch Pens

Gashapon king Yujin ships Nintendo DS touch pens which are inspired by the rascals of Animal Crossing. Six pens are on offer with duo-toned color schemes and a little Animal on top as a sort of spirit guide when you're doing the game doodling thing. To add to the value of each pen, a cell phone strap links to the point of each pen for dual use possibilities. Tap and strap... Yujin crew are clever like that.
Each touch pen measures 100mm or 3.93" from touch point to the top of each animal. All preorders will ship today and new orders are welcome for the complete set of 6 pens at US$20. «NCS Photo Gallery»

Ryuusei no RockMan [Dragon/Leo/Pegasus]

Taking place two centuries after the Rockman EXE series, the world of Ryuusei no Rockman shares its existence with a parallel world known as the Radio Wave World. Three satellites in orbit above the planet named Dragon, Leo, and Pegasus keep the Radio World operational and intact. As the story begins, a 15 year-old lad named Subaru Hoshikawa is moping around and still hasn't gotten over the loss of his father three years ago.

Early in the game, Subaru runs into a trio of his classmates led by a blonde girl named Luna Shirogane who is the class president. Accompanying her is the brute known as Gonta Ushijima and a braniac named Kizamaro Saishoin. Luna asks Subaru if he's going to class but he replies in the negative and walks up some stairs to an elevated area with a telescope on one end. His world is about to change forever...

Touch de Tanoshimu Hyakunin Isshu: DS Shigureden

Earlier this year, the Shigureden interactive museum located in the Arashiyama region of Kyoto, Japan was opened to the public. The museum showcases the "Ogura Hyakunin Isshu" which translates to "Ogura Anthology of 100 Poems by 100 Poets." Visitors may view a collection of Japanese cards which feature 100 short poems and artwork by the poets who created them. To help visitors enjoy the exhibitions even more, Nintendo releases an interactive product for the NDS which collects all 100 poems and add interactive mini-games and a map of the Kyoto area with 400 historical places to visit. Since you'll be on foot when traveling around, a calorie counter tracks how much energy you'll burn by walking from point A to point B. Multiple players may also engage in a poetry recitation contest by connecting wirelessly.

Dots Collection: Nintendo Version

The full-size Dots toys have featured Nintendo characters such as Mario and Zelda already but Tomy rehashes the classic figures in their miniature line-up of Dots kits. Measuring 5cm instead of the 9cm of standard kits, the mini-dots kits include a single pegboard, a stand, and 250 pegs to create classic figures.
Six standard kits are randomly packaged in each factory case to create characters as follows: Super Mario, Goomba, Link, Moblin, Donkey Kong version of Mario, and a fireball. In addition to the standard color versions of each character, six "clear" versions of each kit are also randomly packaged in each factory sealed case. NCS is supplying this item in complete factory cases at US$89 per case or individually at US$7.50 each (random).

Dokodemo Kirby Pouch DS Lite

Capture your Nintendo DS Lite inside a glossy black bag which sports an image of Kirby on the front. The marshmallow-like beast appears to be blowing out streams of wind behind the "Kirby" logo. The pouch features a couple of amenities for convenient storage of a Nintendo DS Lite and accessories. For example, the interior features a pouch which holds up to three Nintendo DS game cards and a Gameboy cartridge and a sleeve on the outside of the pouch stores a conventional stylus or one of the third party touch pens available in the market. Pricing is set at US$13.50 and all preorders will ship today. New orders are welcome.

Outing Bag DS Lite

While not as pretty or stylish as the Lovely Boston DS purses that were released earlier this year, the Kirby Outing Bag is nifty nonetheless. The familiar pink hero known as Kirby wears an inflatable ring around its belly on the front of the bag and seemingly smiles at someone in the distance. A pair of zippers on top open and close and the bag is roomy enough to hold an NDS Lite, a couple of games, and a AC adapter. A sleeve on the front of the bag accepts an extra stylus or two.
