©NCSX» A pint-sized rendition of Son Goku stars as the protagonist in Bandai's Dragon Ball Tenkaichi Daibouken which plies the side scrolling, cel-shaded, platform action game. Those types of games are kinda rare these days but we tend to gravitate towards them whenever they make their way to market. Although the upcoming Dragon Ball game scrolls from left to right, it also brims with 3D event scenes, special effects, and vibrant theatrics that may or may not add to the enjoyment of the platform gaming.

Dragon Ball Tenkaichi Daibouken - Japanese Import Preorder
Tsukibito (ツキビト) - Japanese Import Preorder
©NCSX» Travel to the strange city of Kagura and meet monsters. Not just any run of the mill monsters however. These beasts are called Tsukibito and only some people can see them. Notably, most adults don't have the ability to see the Tsukibito because most old people just aren't hip to the preternatural. Two young heroes including a boy suffering from amnesia enter Kagura and interact with the Tsukibito, solve life's little mysteries, and engage a number of mini-games. One of the mini-games plays similarly to Dance Dance Revolution where arrow cues must be tapped in order to bring the monsters out and about in the burg of Kagura. The game is broken up into 10 chapters, each of which features a different mystery to overcome. Preorders for the Japanese Wii import Tsukibito are welcome to ship on Aug 6, 2009 at JPY4800 or US$50.90 from NCS.

TOEIC Test Kousiki DS Training - Japanese Import Preorder
©NCSX» Every year, over 5 million test takers across 90 countries sit down and tackle the TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) which was developed in Japan as a way to measure English proficiency. Over the years, the TOEIC has become the worldwide standard by which a person's English language skills are measured. The TOEIC is split into two sections which tests English listening skills along with English reading comprehension.
The old way of studying for the test involved books and/or special tutoring classes. IE Institute's TOEIC Test DS Training is an interactive way to study and prepare for the test which contains official questions, practice tests, and intensive English exercises. Maybe the best part of NDS educational software is the ability to use it at your leisure and at any time that you feel like learning some English. Preorders ship on August 27, 2009 at JPY3800 or US$40.90.
