Virtua Fighter 5 - New Import Arrival

The majority of our preorders are shipping today. New orders placed on or since last Friday will ship on Wednesday. If you have a preorder on file for the VF5 game and the VF5 joystick, we'll hold your order until both items are in stock so they can ship together in one parcel.

Despite assurances otherwise from our supplier, please note that we only received a 1:4 ratio allocation of the Virtua Fighter 10th Anniversary bonus disc today. The remainder of the bonus discs may arrive on Wednesday when our regular shipments of the game arrive. If this is the case, we'll ship them separately to our customers (at no extra shipping charge) and post an update on our website.

Furthermore, please note the VF 10th Anniversary bonus disc is a Japanese PS2 game CD-Rom which will only play on Japanese PS2 or PS3 consoles. It won't boot on a USA Playstation 3 or a Playstation 2. «Scans»

Donut Swing - Preorder

If given the choice between a donut and an apple fritter, most folks would reach for the donut. A fried blob of sweet dough that's been shaped into a ring is innately appealing for its simplicity. An apple fritter looks... complicated. Since donuts have mass appeal, Bandai and Mister Donut are collaborating on a set of Donut Swing keychains which feature a little 4cm donut that's tethered to a similarly little chain. Ten varieties are on offer including two French crullers, a regulation-issue Honey-Dipped, two types of Pon de Ring, Peanuts Chocolat, and our favorite - the Old Fashioned, which sort of looks like a flattened bagel-half that's been toasted.
NCS supplies the Donut Swings in a complete set of 10 keychains at US$20. Preorders will ship in mid-late April 2007.

Zelda Twilight Princess PVC Figure - Preorder

Gashapon king Yujin has started preorders for PVC toy figures which are based on the characters from Zelda Twilight Princess. The product solicitation only shows a monochrome prototype of Link but he looks well-sculpted and carries a shield and sword, which are both removable.

The figures measure 10cm or 3.93" tall and require some assembly. Four standard figures are featured but a secret figure will be randomly tossed into the factory gashapon bags. NCS plans on selling the Zelda TP figures in complete sets of five at the price of US$22. Preorders are welcome to ship in mid-late May 2007.

PS2 Ar tonelico leads preorders for the week followed by GBA Final Fantasy VI and NDS Diddy Kong Racing. The PSP release Capcom Puzzle World includes Super Puzzle Fighter II, Super Buster Bros Collection, and an Arkanoid play-alike from 1991 dubbed Block Block.
