KOF 2002 Unlimited Match - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» SNK Playmore has already given the remake treatment to other KOF games such as King of Fighters 98 with Ultimate Match so it's only natural that King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match also make its way to the Playstation 2 early next year.

The upcoming KOF remix features a cast of 66 fighters which are split up into teams such as the Fatal Fury Team (Andy, Joe, and Terry), the NESTS Team (Angela, Foxy, and Kula), and the Orochi Team (Chris, Shermie, and Yashiro). KOF stalwarts such as Kyo Kusanagi (and his clones), Iori, and Heridern also appear in their own teams. NCS will post full game notes once we get a chance to check out KOF 2002 UM properly next year.

Preorders are welcome to ship on February 26, 2009 at JPY4800 or US$49.90 from NCS.

Ryu Ga Gotoku 3 - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» In Ryu Ga Gotoku Kenzan! which was released earlier this year, Sega sent gamers back to feudal times in Japan. An incarnation of the series' hero Kiryuu Kazuma worked as a hired gun who took assignments from any client willing to pay.

The adventures of the hard charging
Kiryu Kazuma resume once again in modern times when Ryu Ga Gotoku 3 ships for the PS3 next year. Kiryu is once again steeped in the life of a Yakuza who operates in the seedy district of Kamurocho. Early preorders will ship with a bonus Kamutai Magazine in 50% ratio. Reservations are welcome to ship on February 26, 2008 at JPY7980 or US$79.90 from NCS.

Ryu Ga Gotoku 3 Rise Dragon Pack - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» When Ryu Ga Gotoku Kenzan! was released in Japan, Sega and Sony teamed up to release a special 40GB Playstation 3 bundle which included the game, a Ceramic White PS3, and a glossy dragon sticker. We kept one for the good 'ol NCS collection and it appears that we'll be adding another Ryu Ga Gotoku PS3 bundle to the vault next year.

Sega's has announced the
Ryu Ga Gotoku 3 Rise Dragon Pack which is packed with the following items:

» Ryu Ga Gotoku 3 game
» Ceramic White Playstation 3 80Gb Console

The preorder solicitation also mentions another bonus Kamutai magazine that'll be given away by Sega but it appears that the ratio is only 50%. Reservations are welcome to ship on February 26, 2009 at JPY43,790 or US$535 from NCS. Pricing reflects shipping costs from Japan and the yen.

Shooting Love, 200X - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» You love shooters, right? We do too. Love 'em. Damn the RPGs, the FPS, and the puzzle games. Give us a shoe box filled with classics such Gradius, Salamander, Soukyugurentai, Radiant Silvergun, etc and we're set. Over the course of the past year, the Japanese Xbox 360 has become the go-to console of choice for home conversions of shooters. NCS isn't sure why the X360 has carved out this unique niche for itself but maybe Microsoft is subsidizing the ports to attract the shoot 'em up collective/hive/audience. Our numbers are legion. Sort of.

When early 2009 rolls around, Triangle Service will serve up two of its coin-op shooters for the X360 - Exzeal and Trizeal Remix. The company also throws in a "Shmups Skill Test" on the DVD which features short but sweet shooting exercises that will check the twitchy trigger fingers of shmup loving gamers. Preorders are welcome to ship on February 19, 2009 and the first printing of the game will include a bonus Insanity Capture DVD
which shows expert players who are so skilled that they blow through Exzeal without losing a single ship. By observing their approaches to the shooting action, maybe you can mimic their moves.

Shin Sangoku Musou: Multi Raid - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» Heroes from the SSM games are generally bound by gravity to the ground and can't gain much air when jumping. This dynamic changes in the upcoming Shin Sangoku Musou: Multi Raid where warriors gain the ability to go aerial and perform outlandish attacks while aloft. Weapons may be upgraded with elemental-power through the use of gems to bolster a hero's attack.

Early preorders will ship with a bonus cell phone strap in a ratio to be determined by Koei. Preorders are welcome to ship on February 26, 2009 at JPY4800 or US$49.90 from NCS.

Shining Force Feather - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» Climax designed the original "Shining" games but they're not doing the upcoming Shining Force Feather which is being developed by Flight-Plan. The first details from Famitsu reveal the characters - a grungy treasure hunter named Jin, an android who answers to Al-Fin, and a manimal named Bail. Jin discovers Al-Fin while digging for artifacts and accidentally becomes her new master. Together, the trio embark on a world spanning adventure where they collaborate on attacks thanks to a combo system which allows the heroes to pool their offensive moves together.

Early preorders will ship with a bonus Special Collection DVD which is being given away by Sega in 50% ratio. Preorders are welcome to ship on February 19, 2009 at JPY4980 or US$49.90 from NCS.

Sacred Blaze - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» Flight Plan's upcoming RPG puts players in the role of a God who has to become a leader of heroes. The world has been plunged into darkness and overrun by malcontents. To bring the light back and banish the evil, the player-deity is charged with controlling a party of adventurers who have the skills and abilities to accomplish the God's goals.

Sacred Blaze is a 3D RPG which features groups of adventurers who are aligned on the side of Order and Chaos. The principle of alignment affects the types of characters that are available on each side of the fence. Preorders are welcome to ship on February 19, 2008.
