Wii Super Robot Taisen NEO - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Banpresto is developing a new Super Robot Taisen game for the Wii which features robots from 14 franchises as follows:

» Galaxy Cyclone Braiger (銀河旋風ブライガー)
» Genki Bakuhatsu Ganbaruger (元気爆発ガンバルガー)
» Hao Taikei Ryū Knight (覇王大系リューナイト)
» Great Mazinger (グレートマジンガー)
» Jushin Liger (獣神ライガー)
» Kanzen Shouri Daiteioh (完全勝利ダイテイオー)
» Mazinger Z (マジンガーZ)
» Mobile Fighter G Gundam (機動武闘伝Gガンダム)
» Nekketsu Saikyo Go-Saurer (熱血最強ゴウザウラー)
» NG Knight Lamune & 40 (NG騎士ラムネ&40)
» Sengoku Majin GoShogun (戦国魔神ゴーショーグン)
» Shin Getter Robo (真ゲッターロボ)
» Shippu! Iron Leaguer (疾風!アイアンリーガー)
» Zettai Muteki Raijin-Oh (絶対無敵ライジンオー)

Battles are depicted by way of 3D rendered robots... which is a disappointment since we're of the opinion that nothing beats 2D animation in a SRW game. Preorders are welcome to ship on October 29, 2009. The first production of the game will ship with a bonus Super Robot Taisen NEO booklet in 50% ratio which is the allocation mandated by the publisher.

TOYS MOS Burger YuraYura Miniature Swing - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» The general consensus amongst our Japanese compatriots is that MOS Burger cooks up a tasty burger. MOS-B is a Japan-based chain that has been making the rounds in Asia by opening branches and bringing their interpretation of American fast food to the Far East. The company's corporate logo is "Making people happy through food" which is simple and tugs at the heartstrings of the meat-eating everyman who enjoys a good burger. Although hamburgers are their forte, MOS Burger also sells specials such as the recent "Scallops Rice Burger" which includes scallops instead of cow and a little number called the "Unagi Rice Burger" which features two sticky rice buns (instead of bread) that hold a portion of barbecued eel.
Bandai shows love to MOS Burger later this year with a set of six burger toys slung on keychains. The layers of each burger are independent so they may be stacked together or split apart to show the good eats. Although the toys are normally sold randomly through gashapon dispensers in Japan, NCS will assemble the burgers in complete sets of six which are priced at US$16.90. Preorders are welcome to ship in late December 2009.

NDS Dorabase 2: Nettou Urutorasu Tajiamu - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Baseball isn't the official national pastime of Japan but it's pretty close. Thousands of high schools and universities across Japan have their own baseball teams and the Japanese professional leagues attract a loyal following among the Pro Yakyu faithful. On the video game side of things, we look to Konami's baseball games as the standard bearers in Japan but there are others such as Dorabase which debuted in 2007. Two years later, Bandai brings a sequel to the Nintendo DS which features touch pen batting and pitching but the players aren't human. They're cats. Similar to the original game, Doraemon makes an appearance and game modes include a Story Mode with manga-panels which tell the story and a Making Mode where players create their own mangy feline players to engage in baseball.
Preorders are welcome to ship on November 19, 2009 at JPY4980 or US$53.90 from NCS.
