NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» In a world known as Agarest, five continents hold sway over the lineage of a family which spans five generations. The game starts off with an aristocrat-cum-knight named Leonhardt who's decked with feathered hair and wears a crisp military uniform with white Versace overcoat. Leonhardt has been assigned to a guard post but deserts the military life after much disenchantment with the ravages of war. In the process of going AWOL, he's mortally wounded by a conspiracy of events but he's given a second chance at life by a deity named Dishana. In exchange for his services and loyalty, Leon is revived and made into a Soul Container which allows him to live a normal life and sire offspring with one of three possible maidens (Fyuria, Elaine, and Luana) to continue his bloodline.
Agarest Senki mixes interaction with tactical turn-based battles where Leonhardt hunkers down to strategize on skirmishes and then develops a relationship with a girl. After Leonhardt's chapter is over, his son Radius takes over the family business and woos a bride to continue the bloodline... and so on and so forth for a total of five generations. In a twist on the theme of family, the hero in a later generation can resurrect his forebears at the Alchemist Guild and have them join the party as a team member. When Leon's son Radius becomes the protagonist, he'll have to find the Forbidden Book (Vol. 1) to bring Leon or, in our game, Fyuria back to life.
The European localization of Agarest: Generations of War will be published by Ghostlight Ltd in the UK and is playable in English as well as a number of other languages spoken on the European continent. Preorders are welcome to ship on August 21, 2009 at £29.99 or US$46.90 from NCS. Please note the release date is tentative and may change.

Capcom Pad Soldier for Super Famicom - Clearance

Original Release in Japan: June 25, 1994
«©NCSX» New and factory packaged Capcom Pad Soldier for the Japanese Super Famicom (16-bit) which features a somewhat twisted design. The pad feels comfortable despite its unconventional design.
