I took this in the middle of the night on Ed and Frans balcony. I loved both of the cats, but they were incredibly suicidal all the time. They actually fought and chased each other on this railing, and as you can see its pretty damn fucking high. My heart always skipped a beat when I saw them doing this, but Ed told me its OK. loco gatos potones!»By Crazy Ivory.
NCS Product Synopsis
«©NCSX» It was back in 19Xx when your mom put her foot down and said, "No. We shan't be driving down to the pet shack because you won't be getting that cat." She also went on to state with sagely certainty, "You say you'll take care of it now but once the cat's in the house, you'll get bored of the beast and disrespect it."
She was right because moms are always right. Just like wives are always right. The jury's still out on whether dads are always right.
The Chi's Sweet Home Futari Plush obviates the trip to the pet shop or the animal shelter entirely. The cat plush also eliminates the need for kitty litter, the act of neutering, kibble, catnip, Tender Vittles™, and all those other essentials that the pet industry peddles. The Chi plush also won't cough up saliva-clotted hairballs by the handful. Three Chi cat toy variants are available for sale as follows:
A) Round-eye (The cat positioned on the left of the top photo)
B) Squinty-eye (The central feline in the top photo)
C) Sleepy-eye (The lazy-eyed cat located on the right of the top photo)
Build and Measurements
The lower body of each cat is filled with beanies while the chest and head are plushy. Three whiskers jut out of each side of the cat's face and a semi-rigid tail is attached to the backside. The cat's paws are padded with plastic material to make them look somewhat realistic. From the forehead to the tip of its tail, Chi measures approximately 9.50" in length and about 3.75" wide at its widest point.
Possible Uses for the Chi Plush Toy
1) Decoy device for a child who insists on having a pet cat
2) Sew Chi on a dress and send it to Lady Gaga; tell her it's cat couture
3) Thread a necklace through Chi and wear it as a pendant
4) Buy all three and give yourself the title of aspiring "Cat Herder"
All preorders have shipped as of yesterday and new orders are welcome for dispatch today. Pricing is set at US$16.90 per plush. View NCS Photo Gallery.
NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» If a cat was given complete freedom over its diet, mice and fish would probably be on the top of the menu. At least that's the case with Omron/Furyu's NemuNeko BuruBuru Back-To Plush toy which features three spherical cat plushes and their respective prey.
On the left side of the product photo, a black cat is attached to a blue fish which may be pulled away from the feline and then released so that it snaps back at the cat. The middle cat is tethered to a hapless mouse and the one on the right kisses a red fish. Each plush measures 10cm or 3.93" in diameter and preorders are welcome to ship in late November 2010.
NCS Product Synopsis
Update: April 2, 2010
«©NCSX» The market value of assets big and small, paper and physical got demolished in the great plunge of 2008-2009. It was an unstoppable crash wave that destroyed value and obliterated trading accounts the world over. Unable to meet that margin call when CRUDE tossed its cookies and dropped to $33.85 in early 2009? Too bad. Your leveraged position got sold out. You blew up and got knocked out of the game. Madoff took a bite too and the name "Ponzi" became fashionable again. Wealth got transferred and moved across the table in a big way.
To replenish their savings and salvage their portfolios, average citizens need the proper tools and guidance to help rebuild wealth. Hedging long positions long term is a losing game but diversification isn't. Wall Street as a whole probably won't be looking to hold any punters victims suckers investors' hands so in addition to diversification, NCS recommends the Itazura Coin Bank - Mikeniko Kitty Version. Drop a dime or in this case, a JPY500 piece on top of the box and a curious kitty paws the coin and brings it into the cardboard box it calls home. The sensor on top of the box is decorated to look like a dish with dessicated fish parts on top. Place a JPY500 coin (or a quarter) onto the space between those fish parts to activate the bashful cat who loves to save.
Once the fish atop the dish is depressed, a realistic sounding "meow" may be heard as the cat peeks out of its carton. Next, the whirring sound of a motor accompanies the sight of a paw which reaches out and snags the coin into the carton. The entire sequence concludes with another "meow" as if the kitty is saying "thanks for the loot." Once the cat's mission is accomplished, the lid of the box slams shut until another coin is laid on top of the fish dish.
The coin bank runs on two "AA" batteries (not included) which are fitted into the hatch on the underside. The bank accepts coins that are 2.70cm in diameter and under. For us Yanks, this capacity accommodates quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies. For Japanese folks, the coin bank can accept JPY500, JPY100, JPY50, JPY10, and JPY5 coins. The coin bank is available in either white (Mikeneko) or brown (Toraneko) colored felines. All preorders have shipped as of yesterday and new orders are welcome to ship this afternoon. «NCS Photo & Video Gallery»
