«©NCSX» Groom a horse from fledgling foal to fighting stallion in Sony's horse raising/racing simulation which features actual Japanese jockeys and horses. Compete in races and use winnings to improve your facilities and buy more potential champions. Frequent visitors to the track in Japan will recognize the names of the 42 jockeys in the game along with nearly 3,000 horses with their colorful names. Wifi support allows for horse racing against local area players, the download of "racing sheets," and horses may be traded by way of memory stick duo.

TOYS Neko to Kiba - Import Preorder

 «©NCSX» A mangy cat plush mounts a rocking horse in SK Japan’s ‘Neko to Kiba’ toy prize which ships in December 2011. By pressing a button positioned inside the cat's left leg, a motor inside the feline is activated which causes the cat to rock back and forth in haunting fashion. Each toy measures L20 x W10 x H27cm in dimension.

    The ‘toy prize’ designation means that these toys are normally distributed to amusement centers in Japan and serve as the premium prizes that may be bought when players win tokens by winning games of chance and skill. Toy prizes are also placed inside UFO Catcher machines where players attempt to pick them up with a mechanical claw.

    Preorders for the Neko to Kiba are welcome to ship in late December 2011 at US$23.90 each.

Practically unknown in the USA but big in Japan, the Derby Stallion series of games have always commanded a premium price as well as general adoration from the Japanese gaming press. Enterbrain capitalizes on the popularity of the NDS by releasing a Derby Stallion which features touch-pen tapping to develop and build a horse racing empire.

Players start the game with a certain amount of capital with which to purchase the first yearling (after checking its pedigree and bloodline) and hire the staff who'll run the day to day affairs of the horse business. The game features updated 2008 horse and jockey data to give players a sense of operating within the real equine racing world.
