Pop open the lid of the capsule, unravel the audio cable inside, and connect it to your portable music player for audio gratification. Each capsule measures 20cm or 7.87" tall and the actual speaker is located on the bottom of the container.

«©NCSX» Brand new and factory packaged Sound Boy for the original black & white Gameboy handheld. The Sound Boy slots onto the bottom of the Gameboy and the audio plug located on the Sound Boy plugs directly into the audio port of the Gameboy. Once attached, the chiming jingles from Gameboy games sound better and more robust. The Sound Boy runs on two "AA" batteries which are inserted into the hatch on back of the unit.

Product Condition
NCS' remaining inventory is brand new and factory boxed in the original cardboard containers. The packaging is in overall good structural shape but there are dings and slight denting on the cardboard caused by nearly two decades of warehouse to warehouse transport and storage.

Hori is also cognizant of this factoid and they've put their knowledge to work by producing a Dragon Quest Metal Slime Speaker Stand for the Nintendo DS. "What exactly is that $#!&," you may mutter under your breath so as to not awaken your roommate. Well, it's exactly what the product title states. It's a DQ Slime Speaker but it's also a Stand which is designed to hold your Nintendo DS, DS Lite, or DSi upright and aloft like a little desk.

The built-in NDS speakers are generally of good quality but if you're the type who needs a quirky external speaker shaped like a Slime, then this is for you. The product sales sheet indicates that the Slime speaker is covered with a pliable satiny material that depresses when touched. The stand attachment seems pointless but who are we to question Hori's wisdom? They've been around for decades and will probably outlive us all.
