«©NCSX» The latest Uchi No 3-Shimai game on the NDS (Yes, there have been previous releases) pushes the three round-eyed sisters of the animated series onto the karaoke stage. Publisher Culture Brain describes the game as a "Karaoke Party Game" where players are supposed to sing into the NDS mic while attempting to maintain some semblance of normal mental health.
   The music list contains a total of 40 tracks with ample representation from the children's songs arena including "Time After Time" and the unforgettable "Bear in the Forest." Adults who have moved on from children's songs may sing to Sakamoto 冬美 "I'm in Love With You" and Thelma Aoyama's "You're Next." The word "party" in Culture Brain's game description refers to the communication mode for multiplayer interaction. «©NCSX» Originally released on October 8, 2009 in Japan where it sold well to the karaoke literati, Hudson is re-releasing another production of Karaoke Joysound Wii Enka which is packaged with a USB microphone. Unlike Karaoke Joysound which featured online functionality to download songs from Hudson's library, the "Enka" version of the game is self-contained and cannot access the online database. Enka includes 100 old-time Japanese songs targeted at middle-aged folks with notables such as:

Karaoke Joysound Wii - New Import, Ships Today

«©NCSX» Sing your heart out with Hudson's Karaoke Joysound game for the Wii which is packaged with a USB microphone accessory. Instead of limiting would-be crooners with a fixed selection of songs, Hudson offers a more liberating library which contains an expansive library of 30,000 songs. The game DVD contains 70 songs including "Dreams Come True" from Hey! Say! Jump, "Flavor of Life" by Hikaru Utada, "Lovers Again" from EXILE, and "Seasons" sung by Ayumi Hamasaki. When singing, the lyrics will appear on the bottom of the screen so you can sing along. A diverse selection of Mii-like characters serve as the on-screen singers and/or dancers so you have something to stare at while crooning.

To access Hudson's licensed library of 30,000 songs, players will have to sign up for their online subscription service. The cost of entry is 300 Wii Points which grants you access to the entire library for 24 hours. If you feel the need to sing for three days straight, the cost is only 500 Wii Points which will unlock the library for 72 hours. If you're a singing fool who loves the karaoke, you can pay 2000 Wii Points and get access to the library for 3 months. Game modes include the default Full Game Mode, a Party Mode which contains mini-games, the Lesson Mode, and the Recording Mode. Preorders for the Karaoke Extra Mic will also ship today.

Karaoke Joysound Wii - Preorder Import

Sing your heart out with Hudson's Karaoke Joysound game for the Wii which is packaged with a USB microphone accessory. Instead of cramping the style of would-be crooners with a fixed selection of songs, Hudson will offer a more liberating library where up to 30,000 songs will be available online. When the game is released later this year, the DVD will contain 70 songs but an additional 20,000 songs will be available for subscribers who sign up for the service. Another 10,000 songs will eventually be released to bulk the library up to impressive proportions. A pay-per-song model may also be utilized but full details will be divulged once we receive the game and test it out ourselves. Modes include:
