«©NCSX» The dour economy hasn't put a damper on karaoke bars in New York City. Establishments in Manhattan are still doing a brisk business and they'll probably continue to fare well because sometimes, people just need to sing. By themselves, with friends, and occasionally in front of strangers, folks are singing. Hudson has rode the karaoke train on the Wii with three Joysound releases already and a fourth game is headed home this December.
Karaoke Joysound Wii Super DX features a battle mode, a national ranking mode, and the ability to chat with fellow crooners. The disc contains a total of 70 songs and nursery rhymes but an additional 65,000 songs may be utilized by accessing Hudson's song subscription service. Please note that Wii Points may be used to purchase the subscription if you reside within the United States. Preorders are welcome to ship on December 16, 2010.
