«©NCSX» Shining Hearts follows the story of a boy who meets a girl suffering from amnesia. Boy decides to become a hero and help the girl with her troubles within and stave off the randy pirates who're hot on her heels. Sega has opened up re-preorders for Shining Hearts which is shipping on the PSP this December. A re-preorder is usually done when insufficient reservations are gathered up during the first preorder solicitation period. Sega has also announced a preorder incentive in the form of a "Pirate Treasure Fan Disc" which will be given away in 50% ratio. The contents of the fan disc bonus are as follows:
1) Shining Hearts character data and illustrations booklet
2) Shining Hearts promotional card
3) Kikuta Hiroki Music Soundtrack Collection
4) PSP and PC Desktop icons, wallpaper, and clock
5) Collection of voice acting snippets from the game
6) The opening cinema from Shining Hearts
The announcement of the preorder bonus will probably be good enough to spike preorders for Sega. They'd spike preorders a lot more if they announced that the preorder ratio was 100%. Just a suggestion.
Reservations are welcome to ship on December 16, 2010 at JPY5980 or US$66.90 from NCS.
