Maybe demons are scary and only one continent at a time can handle them. The European edition is termed the "Black Phantom Edition" which includes the following:

Everything's packaged in a slipcase that's similar in size and design to the North American deluxe pack. Preorders are shipping today at the original price which we are honoring but new orders will be priced at US$92.90 due to higher than expected costs to import this title to the US.
