General Updates

Hori Real Arcade Pro Stick - Orange
The new HRAP-Orange is an Amazon Japan exclusive item which was released yesterday. We'll be receiving our entire batch on Monday. We had them flown into the country with overnight express but we probably should have used a more economical shipping service in light of the hefty fuel surcharges being assessed nowadays..
Preorders are welcome to ship on July 21, 2008 at US$135.90 each + shipping. NCS recommends UPS Ground for customers who reside within the continental UPS to avoid onerous air service charges.
Japanese PSN Tickets
PSN Tickets in the JPY3000 and JPY5000 denominations have been restocked yet again and all backorders have been processed as of yesterday afternoon.
Since the same inquiries continue to pop up, please note: If you're using a Hotmail or Yahoo email account, check your Junk E-mail folder for the ticket if it isn't in your Inbox. Our fulfillment email contains a GIF scan (since it's a non-lossy image format) of the actual ticket with the code boxed within a red rectangle for your visual convenience. The scan is sent as an image attachment embedded in the email which may trigger spam filters.
Oneechanbara Search, Find, Get!!
We located a batch of old Oneechanbara Simple 2000 games in Japan a few days ago. It's odd how some things work out since we were looking for a better condition copy of one of the titles for our private Oneechanbara collection. We'll list what's still available next week when we receive the restock shipment.
We've also restocked new replacement Neo-Geo CD AC Adapters and new Neo-Geo AES memory cards. They'll probably be on the SOTDs for next week if we don't keep them for own use.
Famitsu Magazine Vol. 1024
The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu (Cover Date: August 1, 2008) which was released yesterday in Japan will be sent to subscribers today. Notable features in the magazine include a spread on Dragon Quest V and continuing coverage on Persona 4 for the Playstation 2. We'll post up a more detailed synopsis and larger scans on Monday.
Due to the fleeting nature of gaming periodicals, NCS is not keeping any new issues of Famitsu in stock and only yearly subscriptions are being processed for every weekly issue. New subscriptions are welcome but please note that your first issue will begin in 2 weeks.
