Chunsoft's Fushigi no Dungeon (Mystery Dungeon) series has been around for a long time. The basic game engine has served as the foundation for a number of dungeon exploration games including Sega's recent Dramatic Dungeon Sakura Taisen.
The latest release in the canonical series of Fushigi no Dungeon games features the familiar dungeon spelunking formula where movement is stutter-step and in sync with everything else in the game world. For example, when you make a move, any monsters in the room also make a move in time to every step you take. Every move you make. They're watching you. The dungeons contain 240 different monsters including big wasps, flower-like beasties, Pokemon look-alikes, and 30 bosses to contend against. New to the action is a network function where players may go online for cooperative dungeon running.
As noted when NCS started preorders a couple of months ago, early preorders will ship with a nifty bonus Wii Remote controller stand in 40% ratio. Larger photos of the bonus and NCS Game Notes may be viewed on our detailed information page for the game.
