TOYS Street Fighter: Cammy 1/4 Scale Statue - Now In Stock

From the Manufacturer
Continue the celebration of Street Fighter's 20th anniversary with this 1/4-scale statue of Cammy, the quick-kicking MI-6 agent! Sculpted by Jerry Macaluso, Cammy stands nearly 20' tall, features a cloth costume taken from the video game series, and is made of polystone. The statue also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Painted and ready to display.

NCS Product Notes
We checked out the Cammy figure soon after it arrived earlier today and the sculpture by Macaluso is top-notch. Cammy's musculature is evident and her sinewy tendons are visible through her taut PVC skin. Cam's body is realistically proportioned and her face is well sculpted with sharp features and blazing eyes. A raspberry beret tops her head and provides visual contrast to Cammy's sunny blonde locks. «Larger Photos»

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Square's upcoming Four Warriors of Light: Final Fantasy Gaiden features big-headed characters with puny bodies who run around a 3D world filled with magic, monsters, and old school RPG flavor. The visuals are reminiscent of the recent Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time with decidedly jaggy graphics and somewhat whimsical flair. Up to four players may collaborate in the adventure where they roam around the world like a tight-knit medieval gang.
Preorders are welcome to ship on October 29, 2009 at JPY5800 or US$59.90 from NCS.

NDS Grand Trucker Aniki: Shigoto to Kenka to Koimoyou - Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» The life of a trucker is fraught with human drama, hauling cargo, battling rivals, listening the drone of the road, and the occasional love confession from a coworker. If all that sounds good then Grand Trucker Aniki might just be your cup of tea. Players work for a company that provides transport services for their customers. Whether it be hauling perishable seafood or popular consumer products, players move cargo from point A to point B in a safe and timely manner. In addition to driving the truck, there's mini-games where players operate a forklift inside the warehouse, wash the truck, and perform maintenance on the rig. When it's time for a romance with a coworker, truckers may drive to their favorite spots such as a ramen shop where the eats are cheap or to an upscale restaurant if they've acquired a taste for the good life. Preorders will include a bonus miniature truck toy that's being given away in 1:1 ratio.

Wii Chin Sports - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» In Chin Sports, Sega presents ten left-of-center sporting events that test a participant's strength, resolve, and in some cases, culpability. The "Tuna Toss" event is similar to "Hammer Throw" except a huge tuna is whirled around and then flung for distance. To help grip the tuna, a wooden handle is bolted onto its body to the delight of PETA members. In "Furniture Race," the vehicles are droopy pieces of furniture that have been fitted with wheels and an engine so that racers can motor down highways and byways while seated on a living room sofa, couch, or other living room fixture.

Preorders are welcome to ship on Oct 29, 2009. The first production of the game will ship with a bonus 2-CD soundtrack that contains a total of 32 tracks. Please note that Sega is only giving away the OST in 50% ratio with the first batch of the game.

TOYS Hearty Dora Mini Mini Speaker - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Doraemon's a cat from the future who's armed with a gaggle of nifty gadgets which he uses to help his master Nobita. Over the past few years, NCS has been witness to a procession of not-so-nifty gadgets released by Japanese companies that do nothing to push the envelope of technology or consumer electronics. The Doraemon Jambox was sorta nifty but that was only one product. In a few months, Taito will release another humdrum Doraemon product that plugs into a music player (standard 3.5mm audio plug) which measures 4cm or 1.57" tall and blows out sweet stereo music. Preorders are welcome to ship in late December 2009.

PS3 Slim Console - Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Now we know why some USA distributors were offering decent PS3 bundle prices in the past few weeks. Sony dropped the price of the PS3 yesterday to US$299 (effective immediately) which lops off $100 from the 80GB model that's been the dominant seller. In addition to the price drop, a thinner version of the console is slated to ship next month which is flatter, wider, and tablet-esque in shape.
Roughly 95% of our hardware trade is to the export market and NCS starts accepting preorders for the slim PS3 console to ship in mid-September 2009. Reservations are welcome today.

PC Star Wars Light Saber USB Flash Drive - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» A couple of weeks ago, we purchased a few 32GB USB flash drives for about $80 each. A few years ago, the going rate was about $200 for a 4GB flash drive which was top of the line back then. Memory prices keep dropping and capacities continue to grow ever larger. That is, unless you're purchasing a Star Wars themed flash drive that commands a premium price thanks to the novelty of its special design.

Taito's upcoming Star Wars Light Saber USB Flash Drive is shaped like a stubby light saber which measures 11cm or 4.33" in height with 1GB of storage capacity. Sure, that isn't much nowadays but you can plug it into your PC and utter corny lines like, "The Force is With Me" or "My feeble skills are no match for the power of the Dark Side." Two versions of the flash drive are on offer (red or green) and preorders ship in late December 2009.

NDS Chara Chenko [キャラチェンコ] - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» We got a Rakugaki Showtime vibe when checking out Interchannel's upcoming Chara Chenko which allows gamers to create a paper-thin hero who engages in sporting events and assorted mini-games. A large assortment of pre-made parts are included so players may design a unique character and put him/her to the test. Owners of the DSi may use the built-in camera to take a snapshot of an individual (such as yourself or a friend) and then create a character using the photograph. Once a protagonist has been brought to life, it may be transmitted wirelessly to other DS owners for their own use in Chara Chenko's madcap mini-games.
Preorders are welcome to ship on October 15, 2009 at JPY4800 or US$53.90 from NCS.
