Space Invaders Tumbler - Medium - Preorder

Taito continues to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Space Invaders with yet another product announcement. This time, it's tumblers which measure 20cm or 7.87" tall and hold 16 oz of liquid. Pour yourself a hot or cold beverage and slurp it noisily from an eye-catching Space Invaders-themed tumbler. Three styles are on offer but we've got dibs on the (C) variant which features the blackness of space where invaders dance amongst the stars. Our second choice would be the red tumbler with black invaders which is stark and visually striking.

To Love-Ru: Lala Animal Kisaten Version - Preorder

In the To Love-Ru manga and animation, a princess named Lala invades the home of a lad named Yuuki Rito and decides to marry him. As the story goes, Lala is destined for marriage with suitors from her home world of Deviluke but she ain't going out like that. Lala would rather settle for a scrawny stranger who's still in high school. When Lala's father finds out about her plans, he decides to test Rito's worthiness by pitting him against Lala's other suitors.

Japanese manufacturer Shueisha has started preorders for a Lala figure which is sculpted at 1/8 scale and measures 17.50cm or 6.88" in height. Lala is dressed in a leopard-print ensemble which helps to accentuate her playful nature. For the voyeurs in the room, Lala's top and bottom may be removed so she can stand au natural. Dragon Quest Smile Slime - Clear Blue - Preorder

Blue Slime plushes are a dime a dozen in Japan but Slime Air-Balls are uncommon. Square rectifies the scarcity situation by opening preorders for inflatable Blue Slim air-balls which measure 28cm or 11.02" in diameter when fully filled with air. We envision using them as beach balls, flotation devices, and perhaps party favors. Fill them with helium and they'll work nicely as premium carnival balloons that sell at premium prices.

Yamamura Misa Suspense Kyoto Satsujin Jiken File - Preorder

Mystery writer Misa Yamamura is no stranger to video games. The author has worked on three Famicom "Suspense" games and exclusive 3DO and Super-CD mystery games through the years. The author serves up an original script for Tecmo's upcoming Suspense Kyoto Murder File which is the second game in a murder-mystery series on the NDS.

The setting is Kyoto where three main characters work to solve a case. Photographs of real locales serve as the backdrops in the game to add an air of authenticity to the action. By performing simple investigative work and figuring out complex character relationships, players ferret out clues that lead to a conclusion. Preorders are welcome to ship on June 5.

Aria the Origination: Aoi Wakusei no El Cielo - Preorder

Take a trip to the Martian city of Neo-Venezia which mirrors the Earth city of Venice where canals and waterways snake throughout the burg. Players take on the role of an aspiring gondolier (aka Undine) who interacts with characters such as Akari Mizunashi, Alice Carroll, Aika S. Granzchesta, and Alicia Florence in a visual novel.

NCS is accepting preorders for the regular edition of the game as well as a limited edition which includes a collection of artwork, a 2-CD collection of BGM, and a set of six 7cm figures of the main cast of Undines. Preorders for both versions are welcome to ship on June 26, 2008.
