PS3 Final Fantasy XIII-2 Lightning Bundle Ver.2 - New Import

«©NCSX» Lightning makes her return in Square's upcoming Final Fantasy XIII-2 but along with her in-game escapades, she's also appearing on another Playstation 3 console. In the original FFXIII PS3 console, Lightning was a pink etching on a white PS3 but for her encore, she's light-pink on black and hefts a shield.

 

   The Lightning Bundle Ver. 2 package includes the specially decorated Playstation 3 console, a Dual Shock 3 pad, and a copy of the FFXIII-2 game. Please note that roughly 60% of our preorders for the bundles will ship today but the remainder will ship tomorrow or Monday when the rest of our shipments are delivered. Once we've processed all of our preorders, NCS will begin accepting new orders for the bundles next week.

«©NCSX» Hunters ramble out into the wilderness once again in the hunt for monsters and sport. The 3DS rendition of Monster Hunter features a bevy of new monsters including the Bracchidios which is a Brute Wyvern shown on the game cover, monster re-designs, new monster attacks, and underwater areas such as submerged forests for hunting beneath the surf. All of the major weapon types are present in the game including the Gunlance, Slash Axe, Light Crossbow, and Hunting Horn.

   Monster Hunter 3G-tri features multiplayer cooperation via local wireless connection as long as everyone participating own a copy of the game but please note that the game does not support online multiplayer action.

«©NCSX» Arc System Works celebrates the 25th anniversary of Nekketsu by reuniting Kunio-kun, Riki, and the rest of the squat street toughs in a side-scrolling punch 'n kicker. The cast of characters partake in sidewalk fisticuffs where rivals are pummeled and helicopter-kicked to the ground.

   Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-Kun Special includes a Story Mode where a tale of woe encompasses the street combat and an Arcade Mode in which players jump right into the meat and potatoes of the game - punching and kicking. In Mission Mode, players have to finish targeted objectives to successfully complete each mission whilst a Battle Mode allows multiple players to compete in a free-for-all. The Gallery Mode contains sketches and colorful images from past Nekketsu games for gamers to peruse through.

«©NCSX» Preorders for the 3DS Expansion Slide Pad are shipping today. Who would want a Slide Pad? Anyone who wants to slot his 3DS into a plastic platform which adds a second analog controller to the 3DS and play an assortment of game software which utilizes the pad.

   To be clear, none of the games that support the Slide Pad require the Slide Pad. However, game play is apparently improved when the second analog thumb pad is used. No physical port connection between the Nintendo 3DS and the Slide Pad is made when the 3DS is slotted into the accessory - the two devices communicate by way of infrared connectivity. Rubber molding on the inside of the Slide Pad's 3DS cavity ensure a tight grip but please note the Slide Pad covers the 3DS cartridge slot. Every time you wish to switch games, the 3DS must be lifted up and out of the Slide Pad. 

   Nintendo could probably manufacture a 3DS that integrates the Slide Pad in the future and call it the '3DS-SP' but for now, the ungainly platform that holds the Slide Pad will have to do. A single AAA battery powers the Slide Pad and add a bit of weight to the integrated unit. All preorders are shipping today and new orders are welcome.

Songs on the discs include the FFXIII-2 theme song, 'New World' by Charice and 'Missing Link,' 'A Song for Time," 'FFXIII-2 Battle Theme,' 'Archylte Steppe,' 'Lightning's Theme,' and more. The composers for the FFXIII-2 soundtrack are Masashi Hamauzu, Naoshi Mizuta, and Mitsuto Suzuki.

   All preorders are shipping today at JPY4800 or US$78.90 for the limited edition and JPY3990 or US$68.90 for the regular edition. The limited edition is packaged in a special library-ready slipcase which holds all five of the individually packaged discs in a compact binder. TOYS Persona 4 Twin Pack Kuma & Terebi - Import Preorder

NCS Product Synopsis
 «©NCSX» Phat Company presents the 'Persona 4 Twin Pack' which packages Kuma with a miniature television set on four legs and a rabbit ear antenna. The Kuma figure measures 8cm or 3.14" tall and the television is slightly smaller with a decor that matches Kuma's red uniform.

    Preorders for the Persona 4 Twin Pack are welcome to ship in May 2012 at JPY1800 or US$32.90 from NCS.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 Original Soundtrack tomorrow    All preorders for the FFXIII-2 Original Soundtrack (Regular and Limited edition) will ship on Wednesday. If you've requested that we ship the soundtrack with the game expected on Thursday, we'll hold your order to ship together with the FFXIII-2 game in one parcel.
