NEWS Import Shipment Delay

Update: Due to a morning shipment delay, please note this week's import shipment has been rescheduled to January 18, 2016 (Monday). Preorders for Odin Sphere Leifdrasir, the Odin Sphere Accessory Pack and Darius Burst Chronicle Saviours will ship on Monday.

NEWS Import outlook (Possible delay)

This week's import shipment was in Cincinnati, Ohio, this morning so we're unsure if it'll make it to New York City before 3PM EST today. We'll post an update if we see the package getting to JFK this afternoon but if it's delayed, preorders for the following imports will ship on Monday of next week.    Invoices and shipping labels have all been prepared beforehand so if the packages get here before 3PM today, we'll be able to get everything out before closing time.

PS3 J Stars Victory VS - Import Update

NCS Product Synopsis
 Update: March 20, 2014
Our first shipment of J Stars Victory VS left Japan yesterday but is still en route, pending Customs Clearance this morning, but the second shipment which left Japan last night is also en route. Based on the tracking information this morning and after speaking to UPS, both shipments are now scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (Friday, March 21, 2014). So.... there was no point and a waste of resources to ship the first batch early... since both shipments are arriving on the same day.

We'll try our best to get everyone's order out on Friday and it shouldn't be an issue to do so but we originally expected to have two days to do everything instead of one day due to the amount of orders to pack and ship. Apologies for this unusual issue but tracking numbers that have already been updated on customer orders will be activated by tomorrow afternoon.

PS3 J Stars Victory VS - Import Update

Update: March 19, 2014
We were expecting the first batch of J Stars Victory VS to arrive today but the UPS flight with this shipment is still in Chiyoda-ku this morning. We were hoping to get the first wave of orders dispatched today but unless there's a mistake in the tracking results, our packages are still in Japan. Apologies for this problem but we'll update again later today if we see any change in the tracking information.

Overseas transportation delay

Update: February 20, 2014
Due to a transportation delay overseas, please note that this week's import shipments are scheduled to arrive on Monday of next week. We did get a shipment in yesterday that was shipped earlier in the week so Vita Slims in Khaki Black, Light-Blue, and Lime-Green are in stock again.

Shipment status update

Due to an overnight shipment delay, please note that this week's new imports may be delayed until Monday. We'll send out an email notification later this morning once we confirm since the flight appears to have departed from Anchorage last night but there's no destination scan in New York City as of 10:58AM EST.

NEWS Delayed shipment

NCS Update
Due to a missed connection in Louisville, Kentucky, this morning, please note that this week's shipment of new Japanese imports has been rescheduled to Saturday (December 21, 2013) or Monday (December 23, 2013). Since UPS normally delivers late packages on the weekend due to missed connections, we'll process and ship preorders tomorrow once the packages arrive by USPS Priority Mail for delivery by Tuesday of next week.

NEWS Shipment Delay

NCS Update
Due to a transit delay overseas, this week's new imports are scheduled to arrive on Monday and preorders for the Animal Crossing 3DS LL bundles and PS3 Shin Sangoku Musou 6 Empires will ship on Monday.
