Back in 2015, Moss celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Raiden series by announcing Raiden V which shipped on the Xbox 360 in early 2016. Fast forward a year later and Raiden
V is moving onto the PS4 with a "Director's Cut" release which features:

New "Cheer Attack" that greatly boosts sub-weapons for a short time

Supports 1 - 2 players (offline)
Preorders are welcome to ship on September 14-15, 2017 at US$60.90 for the regular edition and US$88.90 for the
limited edition which includes a soundtrack and digital artbook.
Preorders are also welcome for the
North American release
of the game which ships a month earlier on August 22, 2017 at US$39.90 and
includes a soundtrack bonus.

Reservations are welcome for the Japanese Xbox One release of
Raiden V
which
ships on
February
25,
2015.
The
first
printing
of the
game
will
include
a BGM
soundtrack
CD
featuring
tracks
composed
by
Yoshimi
Kudo.
