PS3 Biohazard 5 Alternative Edition - New Import, Restock Soon

Biohazard 5 Alternative Edition includes the original game plus all additional content, making it the ultimate Biohazard 5 experience. Previously only seen during cut scenes of the original Biohazard 5 Alternative Edition, the first new episode titled “LOST IN NIGHTMARES,” finds BSAA agent, Chris Redfield, working with his partner, Jill Valentine, as they investigate Ozwell E. Spencer’s hideaway. Spencer, the evil mastermind and co-founder of Umbrella Corporation, has been hiding a new evil deep within the basement of his mansion. Chris and Jill discover this grotesque evil standing in their way as the two enter deeper into the catacombs beneath the mansion.

Simultaneous with the release of “LOST IN NIGHTMARES”, new costumes for Chris and Sheva will be made available, allowing the player to experience Biohazard 5 Alternative Edition with a fresh new look and feel through both game play and cut-scene playback. A new refresh of Mercenaries Mode, “THE MERCENARIES REUNION”, gives players new playable characters and weapon load outs which provide players additional challenges as they aim to shoot down as many enemies as they can.

Biohazard 5 Limited Edition - New Import, Sold Out

«©NCSX» Last year, Capcom opened up preorders for the Biohazard 5 Limited Edition on their own shopping site at e-Capcom. The sales period ran from December 1 to December 16 and were closed afterwards. NCS was able to submit a reservation last year but we weren't sure until Wednesday night if our order would be filled. The Biohazard 5 LE bundle includes the following items:

» Hard cover art book with production commentary (32-pages)
» BSAA waist pouch which can also be worn across the shoulder
» USB thumb drive (2GB) made of brushed aluminum with Tricell logo

Please note that we may also receive a leather wallet that's imprinted with the Tricell corporate logo which was given away by e-Capcom as a promotional bonus. Pricing for the limited edition bundle is set at US$208.90 and preorders are shipping today. Chris Redfield, returning Biohazard hero, has followed the path of the evil literally around the globe. After joining a new organization, Chris heads to Africa where the latest bioterrorism threat is literally transforming the people and animals of the city into mindless, maddened creatures. Chris must take on the challenge of discovering the truth behind this evil plot. In Biohazard 5, Capcom will teach players to fear the daylight as much as they have feared shadow in previous games. «©NCSX» Preorders are welcome for Sony/Capcom's Biohazard 5 Limited Edition PS3 Bundle which includes an 80GB Playstation 3 console that sports the Tricell corporate logo (honeycomb design) on the upper left portion of the shell. The honeycomb imprint looks out of place and some onlookers may even take it for a mistake but whatever.

In addition to the 80GB console, a pair of Dual Shock 3 controllers and a copy of the Biohazard 5 game are also packaged in the retail carton. Pricing is set at JPY48,980 or US$595 from NCS. Please note that a partial shipment of the Premium bundles arrived today but the remainder is expected on Friday of this week. NCS recommends only shipping by UPS Ground within the United States due to the size and weight of the item.

Please note Japanese Xbox 360 games will not boot on USA or European Xbox 360 consoles due to the inherent region-lockout on Japanese X360 game discs.
