New and factory boxed copy of Legend of Zelda Collection for the Japanese Gamecube which was given away by Club Nintendo for redemption of Club Nintendo Points back in 2004. This item was never sold in retail stores. Four games are included on the disc as follows:

Product Condition
This item is brand new and never used. Please note however that Club Nintendo did not shrinkwrap this game so it will ship as shown in the photos below. There is a plastic case inside the cardboard sheath which holds the game and user manual. NCS will insert this item into a pair of plastic sleeves to protect the surface of the cardboard packaging during transit to our customer.
