Tested and functional Net Yaroze Development Playstation (DTL-H3000) console which is capable of playing Playstation One software from any territory including PAL software. The video output will switch to NTSC 3.58 when booting NTSC-J or NTSC-U/C software and flip to PAL 4.43 when booting PAL games. The sale offer includes the console and original accessories as well as the Software Development Tool package as shown below.
The development software is in English but please note the user manuals are in Japanese.
