Expanding on the original Sigma game, Team Ninja adds touch screen functionality and includes a mission battle mode dubbed 'Way of the Ninja/Shinobi' where various ninja techniques are used in the missions. For beginners, the 'Hero Mode" gives Ryu Hayabusa the ability to throw up his defenses against oncoming attacks automatically. Preorders for the Playstation Vita Ninja Gaiden Σ Plus are welcome to ship on February 23, 2012.
