Caution
When the humidifier is blowing mist, please do not unscrew the dome of the humidifier while it is misting vapor because you will damage the heating element in the unit. We broke one while doing our testing.

«©NCSX» During the winter months, the heat in our office building gets cranked up pretty high so that the air becomes dry and uncomfortable. It's a relative scorcher indoors whilst the temperature outdoors is freezing. To alleviate the problem of arid office air, NCS doesn't use a humidifier. We just go around each room with an olde school atomizer and mist the air a few times every day. That routine be coming to an end however since Taito has released an R2-D2 USB Humidifier which heats water up and releases it in a stream of cool vapor.
Roughly 2 ounces of water is stored in R2-D2's lil' body which is vaporized by the heater-siphon that's connected to R2's dome. Once the water is hot enough, cool fan-propelled steam will begin to stream out of the porthole on the top of the humidifier. «Photo Gallery»
