Bae Yong-Joon to Manabu Kankokugo DS - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Learning the Korean language ain't easy. The Hangul alphabet is made of 24 basic characters which are broken up into 14 consonants and 10 vowels. Then there are double consonants for five of the characters, eleven dipthongs, and a "ranking system" when addressing people. For example, you'd address a respected elder differently than you would a punk kid with a bad haircut. But a bunch of Westerners like us wouldn't know any better and we'd address an old man as if he were a lil' kid.

If you ever decide to learn Korean, you might as well do it under the tutelage of Korean actor Bae Yong-Joon who has appeared in films and television serials. We hear that women swoon for this guy. Don't ask why. In any case, Yong-Joon guides language learners through exercises, drills, and lessons on Korean. There's also a collection of Korean recipes and some fortune telling fun. Preorders ship on September 19, 2009.
