Caltoy SJ Fuwafuwa Kobuta Plush - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» Japanese word lessons of the day: The word FuwaFuwa means "fluffy" while Kobuta refers to a piglet. When that piglet invariably becomes obese, it's known simply as a Buta which sounds oddly similar to another word that we occasionally hear on the streets of New York City.

Sega Toys' latest Caltoy plush animal rendition celebrates the little bundles of mammalian energy known as piglets. Have you ever seen a bunch of little runts running, jumping, charging, and even fighting each other in a pigpen? We have. They're like a gang of little bulls. The Sega piglets are a lot larger than real piglets - each one measures 40cm or 15.74 in length and 22cm or 8.66" tall. The Sega pigs also sports a luxurious coat of synthetic fur that's fluffy and silky smooth to the touch. We're going to sidle the upcoming piglets next to our original Caltoy pigs once they arrive. Preorders are welcome to ship in mid-late May 2009 at US$49.90 per plush - two varieties are on offer - a white or a pink piglet.
