The first series of Super Mario Light Mascot Keychains from earlier this year sold well and the market is primed for another batch of mascots. To fill the global demand for ever more mass produced trinkets, Bandai has announced another set of six Mascot Light characters which is scheduled to ship this summer. The red Kinoko and the Star appear to be the same as the ones from the first set but the Para-Goomba, the Piranha Plant, and the two Koopa Shells are brand spanking new.Each toy includes a battery inside to power the LED and a miniature slider switch to toggle the light on and off. Each keychain measures approximately 2" in height from the base to the top of the figure. Preorders are welcome to ship in late July 2008.
