After playing and peddling the original Tank Beat when it was released last year, we didn't think a Tank Beat 2 would be necessary for a generally disinterested market. But it's on the way even if no one's clamoring. Milestone has started preorders for the sequel to the game which is scheduled to ship on November 29, 2007.The preorder details mention that World War II campaigns across Europe and Africa will be featured in Tank Beat 2 and over 60 different tanks will roll on their virtual treads as they head for war. Wi-Fi play is available where teams of tank drivers collaborate or compete against each other.
