Our shop at www.ncsxshop.com was affected by the outage at ThePlanet's Houston data center which started on Saturday evening. Sadly, the downtime cost us a bunch of sales. Orders were flowing in at a nice clip on Saturday (we inexplicably sold a bunch of Lime-Green Poring plushes) and then everything stopped. Sort of like when a faucet sputters its last dying spurt and turns off.
The shop is expected to be brought back online later this evening based on the updates from ThePlanet. NCS apologizes for the inconvenience caused to our customers. If you sent an email to support@ncsxshop.com over the weekend, please note the it hasn't arrived yet but we'll receive your message once our server returns. Emails may also be sent to ncsx@msn.com. Our preorder/backup shop at www.shopncsx.com was not affected by the outage and is fully operational.
