Super Mario Galaxy Plush - New Import, In Stock

Mario will never die. Two decades hence, Mario will still be traipsing around some virtual universe in search of some elusive objective. The plump plumber's got staying power in spades. That's why NCS is fairly certain that all things Mario will be valuable in time since tweens growing up today will feel nostalgic when they're coasting towards middle-age and feeling weepy over lost Mario toys. Toys like today's Mario Galaxy plushes which measure 19cm (7.48") in height and are... plushy. From the left of the photo and moving right, the characters are: Ghost Mario, Super Mario, Fire Mario, and Bee Mario. «NCS Photo Gallery»

One Piece Portrait of Pirates Neo-5 - New, In Stock

In the One Piece Skypiea storyline, Luffy and crew travel from the sea to the sky where they sail the "White Sea" which is made of clouds. The pirates soon discover that there's a war in progress between two factions as well as a megalomaniac named Enel that's on the loose. It is in the Skypiea story arc that Robin gains the trust of Luffy and Company and becomes a full-fledged member of the Straw Hat Pirates.

Megahouse's Neo-5 production of the popular Portrait of Pirates figure features
Nico Robin from the Skypiea story arc and the cape-wearing Sogeking (Usopp's alter-ego) who's armed with his Kabuto slingshot weapon. Each fixed-pose figure measures 20cm or approximately 8" tall and is constructed out of PVC material. Nico's figure includes a cowboy hat which may be donned or doffed and Sogeking is bundled with the aforementioned Kabuto weapon and two removable masks/helms which both features holes to poke Usopp's nose through. «NCS Photo Gallery»

Poi! Hito Natsu no Keiken!? + Bonus - New, In Stock

A few years ago, Konami and other publishers woke up and realized that girl gamers needed love too. For years, interactive dating games were designed solely for a male audience where virtual romance was in full bloom. Konami broke the convention however with Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side and other publishers soon followed suit.

Idea Factory takes a breather from the super-serious Spectral Force franchise by releasing Poi! Hito Natsu no Keiken. As you may have surmised, it's a dating game designed for girl gamers who'll get to interact with two girlfriends and five boys who sort of look like girls. All of the guys in the game have feathered hair and are lanky which means they've been cut from the same ideal template. The protagonist of the game is a ninth-grader who plays basketball and spends the summer interacting with friends and perhaps gets a chance to confess her love to someone. The game system focuses on natural conversations with the cast in the game which lead to choices that affect the course of the storyline. All orders will include a bonus Drama CD which contains a short episode featuring the voice actors from the game.

General Updates

Hori Real Arcade Pro Stick - Orange
The new HRAP-Orange is an Amazon Japan exclusive item which was released yesterday. We'll be receiving our entire batch on Monday. We had them flown into the country with overnight express but we probably should have used a more economical shipping service in light of the hefty fuel surcharges being assessed nowadays..
Preorders are welcome to ship on July 21, 2008 at US$135.90 each + shipping. NCS recommends UPS Ground for customers who reside within the continental UPS to avoid onerous air service charges.
Japanese PSN Tickets
PSN Tickets in the JPY3000 and JPY5000 denominations have been restocked yet again and all backorders have been processed as of yesterday afternoon.
Since the same inquiries continue to pop up, please note: If you're using a Hotmail or Yahoo email account, check your Junk E-mail folder for the ticket if it isn't in your Inbox. Our fulfillment email contains a GIF scan (since it's a non-lossy image format) of the actual ticket with the code boxed within a red rectangle for your visual convenience. The scan is sent as an image attachment embedded in the email which may trigger spam filters.
Oneechanbara Search, Find, Get!!
We located a batch of old Oneechanbara Simple 2000 games in Japan a few days ago. It's odd how some things work out since we were looking for a better condition copy of one of the titles for our private Oneechanbara collection. We'll list what's still available next week when we receive the restock shipment.
We've also restocked new replacement Neo-Geo CD AC Adapters and new Neo-Geo AES memory cards. They'll probably be on the SOTDs for next week if we don't keep them for own use.
Famitsu Magazine Vol. 1024
The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu (Cover Date: August 1, 2008) which was released yesterday in Japan will be sent to subscribers today. Notable features in the magazine include a spread on Dragon Quest V and continuing coverage on Persona 4 for the Playstation 2. We'll post up a more detailed synopsis and larger scans on Monday.
Due to the fleeting nature of gaming periodicals, NCS is not keeping any new issues of Famitsu in stock and only yearly subscriptions are being processed for every weekly issue. New subscriptions are welcome but please note that your first issue will begin in 2 weeks.

Super Real Mahjong Premium for NGP - Clearance

Seta reprises the strip mahjong action they're infamous for and turns out regular anime lasses far removed from any professional stripping circuit. The action involves attractive girls culled from Super Real Mahjong P5, P6, and P7. P5's Aya Fujiwara battles for the sake of her honor...and blouse, Tamami Kayama makes the cut from P6 (One of the few shocking red "X18" games released on the Saturn and the only one where milking a cow was a mini-game) and the Asahina sisters from P7 bewitch mahjong mavens once more while dressed in frilly things. Another three "Super Real" dolls round out the latest calling from Seta.

Sale Offer: NCS' remaining inventory of SRMJ Premium is new, factory boxed, and in mint condition. Price: US$33.90 per copy which includes "free shipping" within the United States by USPS Media Mail Service.
