NDS One Piece Gigant Battle - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Pirates enjoy scuffling, plundering, and drinking. Bandai's upcoming One Piece Gigant Battle focuses on the propensity of pirates to scuffle although a OP drinking game would probably be big fun. In Gigant Battle, up to four players link up in 2-vs-2 pairings and fight each other on stages that were taken from the One Piece manga/anime franchise - specifically, locales from the Sabaody Archipelago story arc, the Impel Down episode, and the Marineford drama. The action takes place on the top NDS screen while the touchscreen serves as a control console where supporters may be called upon to join the battle with a tap of the touchpen.

According to the preorder details from Bandai, every copy includes a bonus set of password cards which may be used to unlock in-game content. Since the allocation is 100%, we're going to assume that the cards are packed inside every copy of the game. Preorders ship on Sept 9, 2010.

PSP L@ve Once - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Back in the 80s, American actor Tom Hanks starred in a movie titled Splash with American actress Daryl Hannah. The gist of the film was "Boy Meets Girl" but the girl happened to be a mermaid. The PSP game L@ve Once is sort of like that.

Protagonist Sho Takashi has a family secret - his mother was a mermaid but she traded in her fins for a human form because she fell in love with Sho's father. Prior to the start of the game, Sho reflects on his childhood and reminisces about the time he saw a mermaid. As the game begins, Sho is a high school student and he's mourning the passing of his father. He goes to live with relatives and meets twin sisters who seem familiar. One of them is the mermaid he saw as a child....

Is Sho destined to breed with a mermaid? Will the mermaid kingdom approve of the potential pairing? Will there be a sequel to Splash? Some of these questions will be answered when
L@ve Once ships for the PSP on Sept 30, 2010. All preorders will include a bonus Drama CD in 1:1 ratio.

TEE Saturn Logo T-Shirt - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Some things that we still remember from the days of the 32-bit console generation in the U.S. and Japan include:

1) Sony's "U R not
e" advertising campaign in North America
2) Selling Japanese Playstation consoles at launch for about $1100 each
3) Being perturbed that Toshinden was selling better than Virtua Fighter
4) Modifying hundreds of Saturn consoles every week for months on end

The font of the Sega Saturn logo doesn't come to mind as memorable but we're reminded of it in Cospa's upcoming Saturn Logo T-Shirt where the "Sega Saturn" text is printed on the bottom of the shirt. Tuck the shirt in and the tee is no longer a "Sega Saturn Logo" shirt. Funny how that works. Preorders are welcome to ship in late Aug 2010 at JPY2800 or US$39.90.

SOTD Terminator 2 Judgment Day Candy + Collectible Figures

NCS Sale of the Day Offering: July 20, 2010
Original NCS Product Synopsis & Release Date in Japan: June 30, 2003
«©NCSX» With Terminator 3 hitting screens this summer, toy manufacturer Face revisits Terminator 2 with a candy toy set. Eight standard toys are packaged in each factory-sealed box (view the photo below, to the left) and there's also a super-secret figure (Terminator 2 endo-skeleton arm) which is randomly packaged inside a Master Case as a bonus. Please note that NCS only sells the Terminator 2 Candy Toys in a complete factory box of 10 which contains the entire set of 8 figures and two duplicates. If you're lucky, you'll receive the 8 figures, 1 duplicate, and 1 T2 endo-skeleton arm.

NCS' Terminator 2 Experience
Back in 2003, we opened up six complete boxes of the Terminator 2 toys to slake our curiosity on how the toys were allocated. Back then, toy manufacturers weren't as fair and equitable as they are today. The T2 toy manufacturer "Face" wasn't equitable. To make people buy boxes of toys in a tiresome quest to find a complete set of nine figures, Face didn't include a secret endo-skeleton arm in every factory case. They also included the same two duplicates in five of the six boxes we opened up - two Terminator Heads and two crawling Arnolds. Out of the six boxes that we opened, we got "one" secret T2 Endo-skeleton arm. Thanks, Face.

Product Condition
NCS' remaining inventory is brand new and factory boxed in the original cardboard containers. The packaging is in very good structural shape with only a few slight dings, creases, or tears caused by years of warehouse-to-warehouse transportation and storage.

Sale Offering

Pricing per factory sealed box of Terminator 2 toys is set at US$43.90 each which includes free shipping by UPS Ground within the continental United States. We'd like to hear how customers fare on the duplicates since we're pretty sure they'll match our experience. «Photo Gallery»
