PC Star Wars Light Saber USB Flash Drive - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» A couple of weeks ago, we purchased a few 32GB USB flash drives for about $80 each. A few years ago, the going rate was about $200 for a 4GB flash drive which was top of the line back then. Memory prices keep dropping and capacities continue to grow ever larger. That is, unless you're purchasing a Star Wars themed flash drive that commands a premium price thanks to the novelty of its special design.

Taito's upcoming Star Wars Light Saber USB Flash Drive is shaped like a stubby light saber which measures 11cm or 4.33" in height with 1GB of storage capacity. Sure, that isn't much nowadays but you can plug it into your PC and utter corny lines like, "The Force is With Me" or "My feeble skills are no match for the power of the Dark Side." Two versions of the flash drive are on offer (red or green) and preorders ship in late December 2009.

NDS Chara Chenko [キャラチェンコ] - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» We got a Rakugaki Showtime vibe when checking out Interchannel's upcoming Chara Chenko which allows gamers to create a paper-thin hero who engages in sporting events and assorted mini-games. A large assortment of pre-made parts are included so players may design a unique character and put him/her to the test. Owners of the DSi may use the built-in camera to take a snapshot of an individual (such as yourself or a friend) and then create a character using the photograph. Once a protagonist has been brought to life, it may be transmitted wirelessly to other DS owners for their own use in Chara Chenko's madcap mini-games.
Preorders are welcome to ship on October 15, 2009 at JPY4800 or US$53.90 from NCS.

TOYS Digital Bingo Machine - Import Preorder

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Instead of racing cars, going skeet shooting, or hiking upon urban wilderness trails like we did in our younger days, NCS plans on playing bingo once we hit the old age home. We'll join the other septuagenarians in a great hall and listen intently to the numbers being called as we stare at bingo cards with hawk-like determination. After a few hours of bingo, it'll be time for some Jello (Lime, please) and then the mandatory afternoon nap.
Until that fateful day swings upon us, we can sharpen our Bingo playing pimp hand with the Digital Bingo Machine from Taito which randomly pulses red numbers on the LCD screen and eliminates the job of the Bingo number caller/shouter/yodeler. Preorders are welcome to ship in Dec 2009.
