PS3 BlazBlue Continuum Shift Limited Edition - New Import

«©NCSX» A little over half a year after the coin-op debut of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift in arcades across Japan, Arc System targets the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 with home conversions of their recent 2D fighting game. Fighters like Ragna, Jin, Noel, and the rest of the gang are joined by two new playable characters - a dapper man in black named Hazama and a ginger-haired soldier named Tsubaki Yayoi. A third new character named µ 12 (Mu Twelve) makes her exclusive debut in the home conversions of the game. Arc Systems promises the online mode will run smoother with less network lag than it did in the original BlazBlue.

In addition to the regular edition of BlazBlue Continuum Shift, a limited edition is available which includes a Noel Vermillion Petit Nendoroid figure, Super Picture Label, Recording script (mini edition), and a BlazBlue Visual Booklet. All of the goodies are packaged in a special cardboard box that's suitable for game library storage. A partial supply of the BlazBlue CS Limited Edition arrived today and roughly 1/5 of our preorders ship today.

Good Smile Company adds another toy to the Nene product roster - her first Nendoroid where she's bright-eyed, black-eyed, and sleepy-eyed all in one figure thanks to the magic of interchangeable faces. An small assortment of replacement limbs is also included so the figure may be posed in different postures.

«©NCSX» First there was the "Race Queen" in Japanese motorsport culture - busty model-types who appeared in racing venues to enhance the visuals. Next comes the "Beach Queen" which might be defined as follows:

Beach Queen \bēch kwēn\ (Noun) A high-ranking woman with social proof and a robust bosom who may be found (most times) at sandy geological outposts which abut the ocean.

The honor for the first figure to appear in the Love Plus Beach Queens toy series is Nene Anegasaki who's in the process of removing her denim shorts. The figure is sculpted to 1/10 scale and measures 16cm or 6.29" tall and an extra face is included to change Nene's expression. TOYS One Piece Portrait of Pirates Neo-DX Jinbei - Preorder

«©NCSX» The One Piece manga/animation property has introduced fans to numerous characters who had cranky dispositions, heroic hearts, or odd appearances. NCS categorizes Jinbei in the "odd appearance" category because he's colored blue, blubbery, and has webbing on his hands and feet. As if that wasn't enough, Jinbei also possesses a face that only a mother could love thanks to the tusks that protrude from his mouth and Jin's perennial angry demon face. Won't easily find a smile on that mug.

Megahouse is inducting Jinbei into its popular Portrait of Pirates series of toys which is known for its build quality and well-sculpted forms. Jinbei measures 25cm or 9.84" tall which is roughly 1/10 scale since series creator Eiichiro Oda lists his "actual" height at 301cm. A crimson hippari is wrapped around Jinbei's prodigious girth which is tied together with a blue sash. Beneath the hippari, witnesses may view a few red tats that are etched on Jinbei's skin. «©NCSX» Whenever a To Heart 2 toy is announced, we assume that it's going to be a Tamaki Kousaka figure. Not this time. This time around, it's Komaki Manaki who gets the PVC treatment in 1/6 scale. In the To Heart 2 game, Manaka is a classmate of Tamaki's who volunteers at the library and serves as class rep. The Manaka Summer figure is decked out in a pink 2-piece bikini accompanied by a yellow inner tube which she grasps with both hands. «©NCSX» An older gentleman we've known for a few years once opined, "Son, anything more than a handful just goes to waste." It's unclear if he took into account the fact that humans have different hand sizes but his wisdom has fallen on deaf ears in the case of the Chichinoe Plus Infinity Pin-Up Lady Hibiki figure. The upcoming Chichinoe+ figure sports an unusually large bosom but there's more. In addition to what Orchid Seed calls the "Small Size" (shown on the right side of the photo), two additional bosoms which are progressively larger may be swapped onto the figure to augment her breasts in a highly artificial manner. Preorders for the 1/5 scale 31cm figure are welcome to ship in September 2010.

PSP Monster Hunter Nikki Poka Poka Airu Mura - Preorder

«©NCSX» The Airu (cats) of the Monster Hunter games are the stars of the upcoming Monster Hunter Nikki Poka Pika Airu Mura PSP action-adventure which is centered around Airu Village. The versatile cats live their lives in the village where farming, hunting, and cooking are daily routines. Since Airu Village is situated on an island, the bodies of water surrounding the village are ripe with fish to be fetched out of the drink. The Pugi creatures from the Monster Hunter canon also appear in the game to provide companionship and interaction.

In the Airu Guild, adventurers may curry assignments for earnings and every contribution by the residents leads to expansion of the village. Guild quests can be either exploration jaunts or collection exercises where the party of Airu work towards enhancing the village. When exploring, monsters are inevitably encountered and the group of Airu attack as one cohesive unit to deal as much damage as possible. Airu Village supports multi-player gaming where up to three gamers can cooperate on Guild quests. Players who have the PSP version of Monster Hunter 2nd G can convert save-data from the game for use in Airu Village. As a bit of bonus content, Hello Kitty appears in the village in the form of costumes that may be worn by the Airu.

Preorders for the Japanese PSP import Monster Hunter Diary: Poka Poka Airu Village are welcome to ship on August 26, 2010. The first printing of the game includes a bonus DLC card inside every copy.

TOYS Prince of Persia Prince Dastan Movie Masterpiece - Preorder

«©NCSX» In the opening scene of the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time movie, Dastan isn't even a prince but a street urchin. When one of his fellow urchins is accosted by a member of the royal guard, Dastan comes to the rescue in an act of bravery, agility, and overall moxie. The king is impressed by Dastan's heroism and adopts him on the spot. Over the years, Dastan grows into a strapping warrior who stands alongside his brothers as princes of Persia. The movie features American actor Jake Gyllenhaal in the role of Dastan and Hot Toys of Hong Kong sculpts him into a Movie Masterpiece rendition that's of exacting quality.

The POP figure is manufactured to 1/6 scale and measures 30cm or 11.81" tall with 30 points of articulation for a multitude of poses and postures. Dastan is dressed in the outfit he wears in the film - heavy boots, thick pants, armor vest, and sheaths across his back to store his swords. Three pairs of hands are included in the packaging along with an alternate costume. Weapon-wise, Dastan may wield two swords as well as the Dagger of Time.
