The 2000 Summer Olympics have come and gone but that simple fact shouldn't stop true virtual Olympians from trying for the gold at any time of the year. Engage in sporting events and inspire your friends with your courage, dignity, and button bashing abilities.

Though the Olympic games entered the new millennium in Australia, you can bring the torch home to your computer with Sydney 2000. Featuring athletes from 32 countries, the game offers competition in 12 events: 100-meter sprint, 110-meter hurdles, hammer toss, javelin throw, triple jump, high jump, 100-meter freestyle swimming, sprint cycling, skeet shooting, weightlifting, 10-meter platform diving, and the kayak K1 slalom. There are coaching and Olympic modes for the serious video athlete, as well as an arcade mode for those who want to go straight for the gold. Rich, 3-D graphics and motion-captured animation of real Olympic contenders bring the game's virtual athletes to life, and Sydney 2000 lets you compete against up to seven others via the separately sold Multi-Tap.

Experience the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Train your mind and body for competition in the Virtual Gym. 4 modes of play: Olympic, Arcade, Head-to-Head, or Coaching. Compete in intense multiplayer action for up to 4 players. TV-style presentation with Olympic champion commentators Dwight Stones and Marty Liquori. 32 countries represented in 12 events of power, stamina, accuracy, and skill.
