   A plastic semi-rigid operation sheet for the arcade version of Death Smiles II. These were sold during the Cave special online events where they would list a number of items for sale and it was a blistering first-come-first-serve feeding frenzy due to the rabid fans of all things Cave. 

   The front of the operation sheet features basic controls and gameplay dynamics. The back of the sheet shows operation instructions on the left and an operation manual on the right side.
