RGG series strongman Kazuma Kiryu spends his days as a cabbie, driving incognito in the entertainment district of Fukuoka but when the Omi Alliance mob boss lies on his deathbed, an uneasy truce between the Tojo Clain and the Omi Alliance is about to be broken. The two Yakuza clans angle for the post-mortem histrionics and Kazuma is pulled back into the gangland fold once again.
