NEWS General Updates

Big Snow, NYC    A major snowstorm swept across the Tri-State area on Sunday and the snow continued falling until the early hours of Monday. As such, NYC is digging out from over a foot of snow this morning. We're not sure if the Postal Service or UPS will be able to make any package pickups today since the roads are icy, slushy, and hazardous but we'll post an update later this afternoon on the outbound shipment status. --Update 12:32PM EST Please note that no packages are going out today. There's about 8' of snow that accumulated in the front of our building and trucks are not going to be coming in at all today.

Holiday in Japan    Most of our Japanese vendors and distributors are starting their New Year hiatus on December 29 and it doesn't look like anyone's going to be back to normal business operations until January 4, 2011.
