Dollar Breaks to New Lows Japan moved to weaken the yen yesterday. Today, the dollar is dropping further to fresh new lows against the yen. A few weeks ago, we would have traded this move on the long side but it's a dumb gamble so NCS is not playing anymore. Well, not until 78 is breached.
