The Liger in Zoids is much more formidable and powerful than Napolean's pansy-assed rendition. Zoids Liger would probably shred Napolean Liger with one swipe of its left paw coupled with a bite to the neck. Due to the Zoids Liger's elite fighting skills, NCS is intent on importing the toy when it's released later this year.
Zoids Liger is made of die-cast metal which makes it heavy and tough. The toy is posable so that its head may be twisted, its legs angled, and its torso shifted into dynamic poses. According to Yamato's product preorder sheet, the Liger has 24 movable parts and the whole toy is made up of 200 pieces that have been meticulously melded together. The canopy on the Liger may be opened to allow a toy pilot (included) to be inserted inside. The Liger measures 44cm or 17.32cm in length and is fully pre-painted and ready for play. Preorders are welcome to ship in December 2010 at JPY17800 or US$198.90 from NCS.
