The game features a 3D world where Adol and company travel, explore, and battle enemy forces. Depending on the type of enemy, players can switch between active party members to combat foes in real-time. Special EX skills may be acquired to enhance the heroes' battlefield efficiency.
Preorders for the Japanese PSP import Ys 7 are welcome to ship on September 17, 2009 at JPY7980 or US$80.90 from NCS. Every copy of the first printing is packed in a special slipcase and is bundled with a bonus limited edition Ys 7 Drama CD which features a voice acted episode that transitions the storyline from Ys 6 to Ys 7.
