«©NCSX» A meteor is hurtling from deep space and on a collision course with the planet. That's not good. To prepare for the potential deep impact, gamers must play 50 mini-games to earn enough coin to save the world. Games include carrot plucking, rhythm exercises, and other short yet sweet Wii Remote waving exercises.
At the outset of the game, a short introductory sequence shows the space agency "NAZA" on high alert after their satellites detect a heavenly body that's headed towards the Earth. After the President is apprised of the situation, the NAZA station monitoring the meteor is destroyed. That leaves a family of amateur astronomers to deal with the threat. With the help of the Hataraku Help Wanted section and a TV host, the family plays an assortment of mini-games to save the planet.
Three mini-games are playable but another 47 games are eventually unlocked. The first three games are: A carrot plucking exercise, a fishing expedition, and a package delivery game where parcels are handed over to anxious customers. All of the games used a combination of the Nunchuk and Wii Remote where simple jerky motions are the key to success.
