The original "Portrait of Pirates 4" toys from 2006 featured Nami, Smoker, and Berumeru. For the Neo-4 reissue, only Nami returns but she's joined by Sanji (originally released in POP-2) and Shanks who makes his debut in the Portrait of Pirates line-up. Each figure is sculpted to 1/8 scale and measures approximately 22cm or 8.66" tall. An octagonal display base is included with each figure for mounting purposes.
