NCS started preorders for a Lala in leopard-print ensemble last week but Good Smile Company one-ups that with a Lala figure that's decked out in her resplendent Princess of Deviluke uniform. Lala's pink tresses are also wilder in the new figure where the strands splay out like some sort of ruddy octopus.Similar to the earlier Lala figure, GSC's rendition is set at 1/8 scale but measures 22cm or 8.66" in height which is about 2" taller than Shueisha's Lala. We attribute the difference to Lala Deviluke's elongated pose and the "bat-wing-ish" adornment on her cap. The figure is packaged with a scepter accessory which may be inserted in Lala's default right hand and an extra right hand where the index finger and thumb point upwards . Preorders are welcome to ship in late August 2008 at US$59.90.
